Too good for the bottom of a page.

Okay I has a cat named Bhima and a dog named Kuma

Bhima I have no pictures of at work but he is a super long black cat and looks like what you are imagining.

Puppy kuma looked like this:
Could not walk her anywhere without being constantly accosted and people trying to steal her

Now she is a big girl and likes to smile!

Also I made gifs:

Awesome, she looks so cute. I can totally see why you called her Kuma, especially as a puppy. :)

no pictures

Entirely unacceptable. :P

Pics of ours incoming, in the meantime, two of the orphaned kitties we took in (and later found a home for). :)

10 year old shih-tzu Ysabella. or Bella for short.

Super obedient. she doesnt piss/shit in the house (she actually wont eat or drink until someone gets home)

No she is not named after twilight...

I don't understand how there's terrorism in the world when pictures of cats hugging while they sleep exist.

I want a second cat so bad but my cats an asshole and I don't think she'll take to it well.

This is Mable

Warning: huge wall of pictures incoming!

This is Arcee.
We found her in December, on the street, looking confused and following people around. We later found out she had been abandoned mere hours before, according to a witness. Gema (my GF) took her in; we were supposed to find a home for her, but you know how these things go... yeah, we ended up adopting her.

These are Tigris and her kittens, Kiko and Leo (as they were named by their eventual adopters).
We found her in December as well, nestled in some hedges in the walking space between two houses, with her three literally newborn kittens (they hadn't opened their eyes yet and still had their umbilical cords). They were completely exposed (and people in Madrid, unfortunately, are not always kind to stray cats) and worse, this was in the middle of winter; unlike what you may expect of Spain, it freezes and snows in Madrid in winter. We managed to get hold of the entire family, feeding her special foot for cat moms (she had already lost most of her teeth, probably due to calcium deficiency from producing milk for the kittens with no readily available source of food). Unfortunately the weakest of the kittens, probably still too weak from their ordeal, didn't make it past a couple of days (you can imagine how Gema took it; "fortunately" for me I was at work so I didn't have to see it), but Tigris and the others grew healthy and we found homes for both of the remaining kittens. Finding a home for an adult cat, however, is a different matter and, well... indeed, we adopted her as well.

These are Pixel and Simba.
Those two were apparently abandoned as well; a woman saw them, took them in and told us via Gema's Facebook cat adoption page. In this case we didn't even have access to their mother, so we had to bottle-feed them with special milk for kittens (remember, never feed regular milk to a cat or kitten). We also found a home for these two; Gema grew more attached to these two, while I had grown more attached to Tigris' kittens, so we each got our share of hard times letting them go. :D One really adorable thing is that Tigris took them in completely as if they were hers, cleaning them and even laying down for them to "feed" on her non-existent milk, even though she had been spayed by then and shouldn't have mommy instincts. You definitely could not tell they weren't hers, especially Simba who, funnily enough, looked much more like her than her actual kittens. :D

In terms of personality, Arcee is very curious and replies to us whenever we meow at her (we have entire conversations), while Tigris, probably due to her traumatic street life, is much more cautious, easily scared, and seems incapable of meowing (she makes a sort of chirping sound instead), but loves rubbing against our legs over and over. Arcee is also the softest-furred cat I've ever seen; her fur is like velvet, everyone is surprised by it. Tigris, on the other hand, has huge, wide open eyes, which her kittens have inherited.

Winston is a strange spoodle. His coat isn't uniform in the slightest. He has coarse spaniel hair down his back, on his belly and on his tail. But his legs, sides and head are all very fluffy, very fine poodle hair.

At least I don't have to worry about him being too cold outside when I'm at work in Winter.

Here's my dog (French Bulldog)..He's 7.5 yrs old..Got him when he was 5.5 yr old...He wasn't supposed to be a rescue but basically ended up being one (Sold to me as healthy and he wasn't)..He had bad teeth and a heart murmur which I wasn't told about when I bought him..But he's all fixed up now and doing well..Here's a pic from last summer at the dog park. It's probably my favorite picture of him.

Any Bullmastiffs in here? I've been thinking about getting one but would like to talk to an owner if any are on Gaf.

All of these wonderful pictures of your pets makes me miss my Gizmo even more.

I don't have any of his pictures on this computer, but Gizmo looked just like the cat below. I miss those yellow eyes, and that little wolf-like face.

My cat Purr (about 10 years):

She's just absolutely the sweetest cat. Whenever she's awake, she's pretty much constantly begging to constantly be pet, to be let up onto someone's lap and constantly trying to jump onto my bed and stuff. I don't know what I'll do once she's gone--she's simply been an absolutely wonderful pet.

(And for reference, that's a spare fridge in the basement that we pretty much just use for pop and stuff in those pics. Nonetheless, it still surprised the crap out of me the first time she did that and I couldn't stop laughing hysterically. She can definitely be completely silly like that at times. xD).

Our 3 month old adopted mix breed, Mia.

Getting to a very bitey stage, hopefully it will pass as she gets older. I've never actually had a dog of my own, really, and she's great. Well, when not chewing on something.

My German Shepherd / Corgi mix, Scrubs! We've had him for 11 years, and they estimated he was 2 already when we got him from the pound. He was a few years younger in the top pic than in the bottom two.
