Crates and boxes...a smash brothers hint?

Ehi, now I remember another strange thing: looking closely to the spaceship used by Bowser and Ganondorf, you can perfectly see in one its windows people having sex.
Don't forget, in the scene where Snake and Samus get married, the priest totally has a boner.

Never forget:

It still hurts, Sakurai.

Haha, amazing..
I still find it amazing and perplexing alltogether...are there fans in other lets say industries(music, cinema) so passionate, so eager to devour rumors, crazy rumors as facts, cryptic insertions as apocalyptic truth? I say that we own rightfully this claim but aborting my calm, psychiatric assessment, BRING ON THE HYPE!!!

Could someone "only for"-ise my avatar, but put it on the right of it, plz!:)

edit:What Samus and Snake get married? Is that on Subspace Emissary?Shit, i should play it!!

Subspace Emissary was originally supposed to be an adaptation of a Osamu Tezuka manga, but they couldn't get the rights so they just did their own thing with it.

Uggggh the U Pad is perfect for a Pokemon Snap sequel, come on Nintendo wtf.

PS nobody's allowed to be sad during Nintendo Pre-E3 Hype Season.

Oh yeah ? Well, Pre E3 Hype Season = University Exams Season. So, I'm sad. But less sad because of the Hype of course. I'm sure I'm not alone in that case !

I'm on the Nintendo Hype Train but studying in a corner of a wagon.

Dang, are you on a quarterly/trimester schedule? I was always done with exams a few weeks before E3...just on a regular semester schedule though.

Get hyped...in moderation!

I'd rather original games than HD remakes at this point. While I acknowledge that Nintendo does create new IPs, I think I want more on the level of Sony. Just look at their announced titles (from their Financial Results Briefing):

3DS
Tomodachi Collection
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team
Mario Golf: World Tour
Pokémon X
Pokémon Y

Mario Party (temp.)
The Legend of Zelda (temp.)
Super Smash Bros. (temp.)
Yoshi's Island (temp.)

Wii U
Pikmin 3
The Wonderful 101
Wii Fit U
Wii Party (temp.)
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Yarn Yoshi (temp.)
SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI X FIRE EMBLEM (temp.)
Super Smash Bros. (temp.)
The Legend of Zelda (temp.)

X
Mario Kart (temp.)
3D Mario (temp.)

All of the bolded titles are either sequels in a series or sequels. I really don't like how the Yoshi and Zelda 3DS titles seem to be banking on nostalgia to garner sales. I know the mechanics will likely be different, but I absolutely believe that they were conceived to piggyback on the success and legacy of their precursors. A Link to the Past 2 is using the same world from the original. Yarn Yoshi is using the same art style as Kirby's Epic Yarn, which isn't even part of the same series. It's as if they just slapped in Yoshi and called it a new game. However, there may be more to A Link to the Past 2, and the 3D-ish segments of Yarn Yoshi do make me hopeful. It just seems a little lazy.

I know these games will be fantastic, but I'm ready for new, strong IPs that don't have to be bound in the same universe. I know to some people, it's okay to change ideas and keep the same characters, but I still think new ideas are limited by adhering to a franchise. I know people still want things like F-Zero, Star Fox, and Metroid, but I'm ready for a new IP to join Nintendo's stable of franchises.

Then be sure to support The Wonderful 101 when it releases.

Wh...why would they do that? I knew they said not to expect anything big from their E3 event this year, but I was still looking forward to it. :P

They said nothing of the sort.

They're splitting their conference into three to try and communicate more effectively. 1 hour Nintendo Direct at 7AM about the games, 1 hour presentation to the Press at 10AM prior to E3 officially opening about the games (split into a 30 minute talk with Reggie/Miyamoto and then hands-on time), and then a business and partnerships talk with retailers and distributors at another time.

Or were you joking?

126.5 hours to go!!!!!!

Unfortunately very LTTP on that one. Atlus's booth is next to Nintendo's.

Not so fast, to me it looks like confirmation for the following games:

Shin Megami Tensei 5 - SMT4 ends on a cliffhanger which leads directly into this, the biggest and boldest JRPG ever developed.
Persona 5 - Japan will overtake U.S as the world's biggest economy when this releases. Will be rereleased for eternity on every Nintendo platform in existence.
Trauma Center sequel - Use the gamepad as an x-ray machine n shit, cut bitches up to make them healthy again.
Dragon Souls - Demon/Dark Souls is child's play compared to this beastly shit. Sony and Namco will cry, Iwata laughs.
Catherine - Even more girls n puzzles n whatever else bitches love about this game, what more could you possibly want?
King of Fighters - Largest roster to date with gorgeous hand drawn HD sprites. The fighting game community finally embraces esports due to this game being that amazing.
Dragon's Crown - Superior port with playable Link n stuff, I donno what else you ungrateful bastards could possibly want since this already has the Sorceress.

All exclusive to the Wii U. Is that good enough for you? Not so fast because Iwata and Reggie worked overtime to bring you sequels to Odin Sphere, Growlanser, Steambot Chronicles, Arcana Heart, and Magna Carta. Did I forget a prominent Atlus title? Iwata didn't.

Buy any 3 of the above games and get an Iwata shrine to proudly display in your house. Girls will want you, guys will want to be you, you'll be all the talk of the town n stuff.

Please be excited.

I've been very casual about this year's E3 but the closer we get the more it's starting to sink in...

We get our first look at the next Smash Bros next week.

Guys.

Smash Bros.

Next week.

Sorry if this has been posted, but it's pretty funny and probably accurate about Nintendo and E3.

I totally missed out that buttonless Gamecube controller business. Dafuq is that all about?

I wasn't joking, that's just the impression I got when I read that E3 plans would be scaled back a little this year. I figured all of the real bombs would be dropped at the Direct, but somehow I glossed over the part of the OP that mentions it taking place 3 hours before the E3 press event.

Screw Pokemans Snap. U Pad is perfect for Endless Ocean 3. Give me my Endless Ocean in glorious HD Nintendo!

Could Retro's new game actually be an fps-take on Endless Ocean? Everything points to this.

we should make a list of existing IP that would be perfect fit for the Pad.

Fatal Frame
Pokemon Snap
Endless Ocean

now we are SURE that those will not be developed by Nintendo. Would make too much sense, for them.
