Shocking.
Confirmed. X1 best 3rd party support.
i refuse to believe my french brethren would betray me. ubi is one of the good ones...
they are... .. . >____>
The big three.
These guys need to realize something. The reason the video game industry is contracting is not because of used games, it's because games are over priced, it's because there is very little diversity, it's because there are countless sequels.
Pretty much! WELP.Well they're the three largest publishers in the world so if they are they will likely get their way.
kotick stated that focusing on franchises that "have the potential to be exploited every year on every platform with clear sequel potential and have the potential to become $100 million franchises" has "worked very well for Activision Blizzard". Kotick described this business strategy as "narrow and deep" or "annualizable" and cited it as key to attracting development talent who may not be drawn to "speculative franchises"
"I would have never guessed it was those companies!", said no one ever
Can we start a campaign like the #PS4NODRM thing?
EA, Ubisoft and Activision's titles should be boycotted if they are literally ACTIVELY looking to fuck the consumer. I mean, every business is greedy and about the bottom line - but at least many of them try not to look like they do outwardly.

EA doesn't surprise me with the removal of online passes earlier. Activision doesn't surprise me either cause Kotick is a greasy douchebag who just wants money. Ubisoft does surprise me considering they throw their support towards the Wii U, 3DS, and Vita.
That would imply EA, Ubisoft and Actiivision have the best third party software.
Hint: they don't.

Yup. If Microsoft cuts their policy down to this I'll buy a Xbone too.Like I said in the other thread
Sony should let them implement their own DRM off their own backs and not implement it system-wide.
Because I have no fuckin' problem ignoring their games, I've done it long enough.
Which combined with this does a lot to move me from ambivalent to their output for the most part to wanting them to go the fuck away. At least become PC exclusive or something where it's not like we had this kind of freedom anyway due to ease of piracy, but I really hate how they can fuck up the whole of gaming when I don't even buy much if anything of theirs at least at full price, most of their games I got through Steam/Amazon sales whereas it's other companies I was willing to pay more or get day one, even on consoles.they publish the ones that sell.

I doubt those three are pushing it. Doesn't seem like its in their nature to pushing anti-consumer stuff.
So why is UBIsoft giving the WiiU so much support?
