The last Superman movie was in 2006 and MAN OF STEEL looks amazing.

I was talking comic book movies in general. There is a new coming out every few months it seems. And the last Superman movie is widely considered poop on a stick so I tread carefully with re-rehashes.

Sorry to de-rail.

wow I forgot about the embargo. All those 10's man.

This game, Portal 2, GTA V, and Bioshock Infinite (unless this goes on PS4), as my final PS3 games I get?

Holy fuckin shit.

I hate uncharted, but I might have to pick this one up.

Do you guys think they might be similiar?

They aren't, aside from somewhat similar art style, character interaction and the focus on narrative. Gameplay differs completely.

No...............they are not similar.

"Uncharted" is an action/adventure game with mass appeal

"The Last of Us" is a survival horror game that's pretty much made for people who think games have been to easy

Both have great stories and are graphically amazing, and have guns...that's the similarities. Other than that, don't play this game expecting to be a bullet sponge with regenerating health

Considering the scores and how well this game seems to be getting received, I'm very tempted to go and grab the PS3 I noticed in 2nd hand shop today.

It really does seem like a fantastic game (if it wasn't for PS3 and was instead for PS4 I'd even say a system seller) and something that I would love to play.

Listening to the IGN podcast was a huge mistake.

CAUSE IT MADE THE WAIT EVEN HARDER WAAAAAAAAAAAHEHAFHKJLmOJWF9uw492UR"

That news about "spoilers" is great (that 99.9999% of the spoilers online are utter BS)

I've only glimpsed one that I now hope is fake but besides that, this is first time in long while that I know nothing about a game's plot beyond the stuff said in previews

Man of Steel coming out on the same day was also an issue for me. Watching MOS, I would be thinking "I need to play LOU!" Glad that is no longer an issue for me. Full attention to MOS will be had.

Got up to Chapter 6 of Uncharted 2 last night, look definitely on course to finish it before Last of Us comes out. How many chapters are there? I have a lot more time to play it tonight, too. Could probably get to at least Chapter 10 before today is over.

Game was amazing. Enjoying it just slightly more than Tomb Raider once I turned the difficulty down to Easy. I just can't handle the bullet sponge enemies, it's too ridiculous to have to pump 6 bullets into one guy.

Somewhere in the 20s, 26 maybe?

26 chapters if I remember correctly. Enjoy!

There's 26 total. It's still only about 10-12 hours long though, so don't let the number put you off.

Disclaimer: I haven't played it since just after UC3 came out.

You people are high as a kite if you think Uncharted 2 is more fun on Normal than Easy. Give me a solid justification on these bullshit bullet-sponges.

I didn't do it because I was dying, I did it because 5 or 6 bullets to kill a human being is ridiculous.

My justification is that I didn't notice a problem with sponginess until some very late game enemies are introduced. And the game's already pretty easy on normal... so...

Have fun however you want but when you start your opinion with "the game sucks..." people will push back. Just use subjective language and no one will argue with you.

Aim for the head.

Also, stealth. Use it to your advantage.

The game sucks on Normal. Why does it take so many bullets to kill someone?

I finished Uncharted 1 on Normal and I'm enjoying Uncharted 2 much more on Easy.

Uncharted 2 on Normal plays like Uncharted 1 on Easy for me. For all three games, I always aim for the head, and most enemies go down in 1 or 2 shots.

I don't know how you can pull off consistent headshots at 30fps on a controller. I can't do it.

I'm out of practice.

How dare you try and get maximum enjoyment out of your games. Shame.

I would also find it difficult to play games with any shooting involved with a controller. Give me a mouse + keyboard and I'll play on the highest difficulty all the time. But if I'm forced to use a controller and shoot, I'll likely play on easy to enjoy the narrative and whatnot :P
