Thanks for clarifying, but you should be more cautious in sports threads. I'm a big sports fan and have been so since I can remember. Anyway, I always hate addressing race with these sorts of things, but I do have to admit that it's hard to not consider it when it comes to the Williams Sisters. I mean, they rarely ever get tapped for the high profile, luxury brand endorsements that tend to be reserved for top athletes, even when they were younger and had absolute dominance over the sport.
And, more on-topic, I think it's safe to say Serena is definitely one of the most athletic females to ever play the game. And I hope that influence perseveres when she retires. Women's tennis can be way too pretty. People like to talk about Serena's appearance, but I think they sport would be better off if more ladies took the training as seriously and hit the gym.
