I just want to be happy...

Considering it's Arthur Gies, he's probably overblowing something like Insomniac making a Xbone exclusive or something and expecting Sony fans to be extremely mad about it.

Makes sense. MGSV timed One exclusive, FFXV PS4 exclusive, Mirror's Edge 2 timed exclusive for One, and timed-exclusive DLC left, right and center. To be expected really - remember how similar the consoles are now, with a few exceptions, every third-party exclusive now is all about the money.

Please no.

They don't get damaged, but without TRIM support by the OS they get slower at writing over time. Newer SSD controllers have garbage collection to counter that, but full TRIM support is still beneficial.
Yes, TRIM it was. Would be nice if they built that function in. To be 'future ready'.

I'm in the vast minority here... but for me it's all about the first party offerings, and with sony i'm more than covered with that.

Honestly, the fact that they haven't come out and said "No Versus at E3 this year" is pretty much confirmation it'll be there IMO.

I can accept any game going Xbone exclusive, but not MGSV. I would be PISSED.

I hope so, an user-replaceable hard drive would be fantastic to me. I like SSDs in all my devices, please ;)

I would expect something like TRIM to be implemented if not at launch, then at least some time later. But who knows, really hard to speculate on this.

Its pretty annoying at this point.

It's the most obnoxious thing I've encountered in a while. MS didn't buy up everything worthwhile. I have a feeling that any third party deals that the PS audience would care about have been made in Sony's benefit.

Very much doubt Gies knows anything like that. Sony have been so tight lipped on these things, why would he be the exception?
