One new tiny screenshot of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Pretty crazy when one screen shot of this requires a new thread.

These bullshot threads are becoming too HW intensive so one bullshot per thread is appreciated :P

bearmode?

CG or in-engine render?

Lighting looks great even on those small shots, lots of details too and very high draw distances.

I would love to have such lighting in Total War: Rome 2, its probably the best example of amazing looking game that it is hurt by poor lighting.

Some more shots came out and I don't know if they're scans or allowed to be posted so I'm putting them here instead of a new thread. This game looks all kinds of badass

edited out, Thanks FACE ;) Nice for anyone who got to see them in time I guess

Those are scans from EDGE, i think.

Yep they're gone now, I assumed as much since they hadn't been shown anywhere and GAF is usually a LOT faster than that haha

I think the game looks fantastic, much improved over TW2 and it seems he's actually getting back to proper Witcher work fighting tonnes of beasts.

Patient you must be. Weren`t those just lo-res leaks from Edge magazine?

Game looks gorgeous. Our E3 attending staff managed to get into the behind doors Witcher 3 thingo. And I'm spewing because I'm not going this year.

There's a blog called behindgames.com that posted few more concept arts.
Not going to link it directly because from what I got these are supposed to be leaked EDGE material, too.

EDIT: they have been posted on the official forum too.

Bloody cannot wait! Whitcher 2 was (imo) one of the best games of this generation. On a side note, the design of that moose thing looks awesome.

Have you guys seen these? They're new on allgamesbeta today
Yeah, those are the EDGE scans we were talking about, plus those artworks I was referring to in my previous post.
You should remove the link, by the way. It's ban-worthy stuff here.

Yeah, they're scans, so I've edited them out. Or they're screen snaps form a digital version of the mag. It's hard to tell what a scan is these days, when they're framed without watermarks.

The image I posted in the op came straight from the Edge Facebook page, so it's fair game!

I really hope they nail the animation this time. Was just playing Dark Souls and I find that the weight of the animation really helps sell every motion while Witcher 1 and 2 both felt obscenely flimsy. The visuals in the second game were outstanding but animation was quite poor.

I'll be buying this for the PS4 most likely, but I can't afford many games. I haven't played The Witcher 1 or 2, but some of my favourite games include Final Fantasy X (which I borrowed from my older cousin 10 years ago and still haven't returned :P) and Crisis Core, RuneScape and Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion. Is this game the open world action-y RPG that I think it is?

They have talked up their beefed up animation this time round, but you won't see the kind of "weighty" animation you see from the souls games. Geralt is meant to be an agile swords master and they are going to have less animation priority so as to make combat more responsive this time round which is the opposite of Dark Souls.
