I don't care about GamesCom and TGS - Sony need to deliver big time tomorrow or else I truly believe it's not an important priority for them and it'll be a stupid indie machine.
I just want some top class games.
It actually already got my most asked for games in MGS, Persona, Lumines, Final Fantasy X and Jak and Daxter but give me someone of online shooter (Killzone I know), a Gran Turismo, a game like Crisis Core - actually I don't know way I want. Just more top retail games. A vibrant line-up of software.

Well, I am just not as insecure as some people are about the games coming for the system. I am happy we're getting Tearaway, Killzone and Rayman Legends. I certainly expect we'll see more games like that, but at the same time I think good remote play for PS4 will help bring more attention to the Vita and make it easier for people to get one.
And Takao, it's not $399. If you only use it for remote play, I doubt it would be even half that, as memory card is pretty much optional in that case.

I think the Vita will get an early spot at the E3 Press Conference. Maybe 10-15 minutes to recap what's coming, announce some bundles, announce a price drop maybe, and then reveal 2-3 games that are coming as well. My prediction is a 2K game let's say Borderlands 2, Bend Studio's new game, and one other big 3rd party reveal. Perhaps the one Shahid was mentioning, though because he is from SCEE it is hard to say if that will happen today or at Gamescom. Also I expect a montage to show the slate of games coming this year including indie games, and we will get indie game announcements. I'm going with Fez and Dust: An Elysian Tale.
Doing this early will capture the most viewers and allow them to focus on their PS4 messaging for the remainder of the show.

I liked both. Both are better than GOW1 imo. If you only end up getting one then get Ghost of Sparta though.

Wonder what the chances of an Angry Birds port of some sort on Vita being at E3. Random want perhaps but I'd really like AB Trilogy on Vita and Activision ARE going to be at Sony's conference so there's probably some small chance, right?
Would also not be surprised to see that F2P Tekken end up on Vita as well as PS3.

Well, Toyama keeps saying "Please wait" when asked about Gravity Rush 2 on twitter, so I wouldn't hold my breath for more Siren if I were you...
Technically Angry Birds is already playable on Vita as Mini. Dunno if a new version will have much of an impact on the Vita, though it was apparently the best selling Mini of all time.
Why? Last we heard they were hiring for a new Vita game.
What a waste, put that money into better things, Sony.
sadly that Olli game is just a reflex based game and require no skills whatsoever (no complex levels) going with the video posted here before, it's don't look to offer anything that the crappy endless running/jumping games don't have.
one of the greatest horror games creators working on floating moe simulations just make me sad.
That's my biggest fear for E3 actually. Sony please don't... Just don't

Even though I don't have time to watch the conference (let alone staying up until 4-5 am), I wouldn't have made time to watch it anyways. I really don't understand why you guys do this to yourselves. Always falling for all the hype and bullshit that is vague in itself. There's always a catch with all these cryptic comments that are meant to hype you.
I'll enjoy sleeping fully and waking up the next day to see all the tears about no AAA vita games. Or maybe some of all that hype is true and it delivers (lol). I'd love for that to be the case, FF Type 0

no its really not, he never said the game that him and Clark were talking about would be at E3. He said he "could not say" when it would be announced.
The "big" game was not signed by him, and I think Shahids work will be more prevelant at gamescom anyway.
This blew my mind as well, but apparently Gravity Rush is the game he had in mind even before starting works on Silent Hill and being hired by Konami. He then was "forced" by Konami to develop an answer to Resident Evil and ended up being stuck in the horror genre even after leaving Konami and joining Sony. Finally after all those years Sony allowed the budget so he could work on his original idea of a game based on Newton's law, except Sony needed a KA for Vita and moved his project on a handheld. LOL, I bet he was pissed as fuck.
I'd love to see him on a new siren or new horror franchise but I wish he had way more time to work on it, like he had in the years between Silent Hill and Siren (they show).
well... SCE Japan Studio was a huge portable studio last gen, now it's PS3/PS4 focused.
And also originally the studio was on consoles till that disaster Omega Strain.
