Putting Travis anywhere within a foot of the Smash world is already potential enough to make Smash 4 the funniest game in the history of games.

I dunno what his chances are though since Suda has been kinda quiet about the franchise as of late.

As for me, I already got my Megaman. I hope we get some Square love (Chrono or Neku please) and Nintendo better bring the heat between Takamaru, Mike Jones, Little Mac, Daisy, Palutena and Captain Syrup.

Then again, Villager and WFT are so nutty I have full confidence that anything that jumps into the fray will be amazing.
 
I want Isa and Katchi as an Ice Climbers type duo except dedicated to melee and zoning respectively with quick/snappy transitions between the two. The Ice Climbers "duality" concept is still so underutilized in this series.
I like you already, but I don't see them taking this route if we are to get any of the two characters. Isa and Kachi's differences are too genre-restricted for their transition to work well into Smash.
 
That Nintendogs stage is really jarring to me. Cartoon outline Bowser with photorealistic puppy in the background.

It's like they're just taking screenshots of the games for the 3DS version stages instead of blending the styles like they have been for previous smash games. Hope that's one of the things that gets touched up.
 
Just as it's been with the last TWO nintendo consoles, all it takes is a Smash Brothers game to make me want a WiiU.

And I own a 3DS.

What the hell is wrong with me.

Hot Coldman, I don't think there's a character model in this game I don't like so far. Bowser's though is fucking RIDICULOUSLY good. I also think that this Megaman look is almost Hitoshi Ariga (AKA the BEST Megaman character designer) tier.

Tera, I really hope we can be surprised this time around.

This would be freakin' amazing, especially with Suda51 supporting it. Maybe make it so after so many times he attacks, his attacks get weaker and then has to charge the beam katana.

& his Final Smash is summoning Glastonbury. & the stage can be based on Bizarre Jelly.
 
Will be a shame if this guy is not in it. He would be right up there with Wii Fit Trainer as one of the more exciting and mainstream Smash reveals.

Snake should be switched out for Simon Belmont. He's a much more appropriate Konami rep and the last of the classic NES icons that's missing. His moveset wouldn't be all that hard to create and you get some badass music to boot.

Might as well complete the N Team reunion. And Palutena would be the closest thing to having Lana.

Brawl had a bunch of stages with assets ripped directly from other games.

That's the best way to do it, IMO; it gives it the authentic feel, as opposed to changing the nature of the original art to fit the game. For example, having Melee stages of N64 games look like they did in the original system made them feel more authentic, and the super high poly characters made it easier to see where your character was, effectively improving the gameplay.

A problem with Brawl for me was that the screen was so busy that you frequently lost where your characters were:

I wish the Wii U version had the 3DS art style, it's a missed opportunity.
