Dumb question, I'm a new PS3 owners and have been downloading some game via PS+, but I cant stand the PSN store systems sounds. Is there any way to turn them off?

This way will show what you have left for space and the HD size. By "upgrade" I hope you mean upgrading the hard drive and not "upgrading" to a whole new PS3, to get a larger hard drive.
Navigate to the "Settings" menu on your Cross Media Bar.
Scroll down to the "System Settings" option and select it.
Scroll to "System Information" and select it.
The amount of free space available and HD size can be seen.
Settings -> System Settings -> System Info
Here's something I didn't know. When you resubscribe to PS+ after letting it lapse, everything you've ever gotten free from Plus, including things that you already owned before ever subscribing, gets bumped up to the top of your download list.
Ugh.
I didn't even let mine lapse, just bought a new code and stacked it and it did that. It kinda sucks but it also reminded me about a bunch of PS+ games I got that I forgot about. Here's something I didn't know. Launch the F2P multiplayer game and select single player from within there. They aren't giving us the full game, just the single player portion.I did, and I installed them. twice. All I see is the old f2p file I had before, in the folder I put it in.
It wouldn't be an issue if they had categories for the download list. Once you get a lot of items it becomes a pain trying to look for anything specific cause of the single list layout. It's even worse when a good chunk of your collection is PS+ stuff cause when you renew it, it all goes back to the top of the list making it take longer for you to find any paid content.Just curious, but why is that a negative? I can't really think of content that I bought that's not on my PS3, but there are certainly Plus titles that aren't.
http://www.reddit.com/r/PlayStationPlus/wiki/list/fullnaIs there a listing of all USA PS+ free games released/date released? Similar to this http://www.ps3trophies.org/forum/gen...ree-games.html
I need to free up some HDD space and the download list is horrible as ever.
So I am getting No content was found in my Download List in the store and I know I have over 800 items on it since I recently upgraded my hard drive again and had to redownload a lot of my stuff. I can download most my things by finding it in the store, but certain things you can only access through your download list I noticed like Infamous1.
Anyone else have this problem?
it started last night but still doing it now, tried signing I and out didn't work.
So I started Uncharted 3 and it seems that the Co-op isn't available (unless you pay for the co-op pack). And the Platinum requires a co-op trophy, crap. Or am I missing something?
Pretty sure you can play split screen coop without the DLC. I don't remember properly, but the coop stuff was an actual DLC pack and not part of the OG game. I think you can play split screen coop without it though, and that gets you the trophy.
No
I bought the splitscreen add on, but it keeps saying that I have to buy the co-op mode. I fear that we will see this kind of shenanigans even more on the PS4 (Driveclub "PS+ edition")

Do we know if PS+ will allow anyone on the Ps4 to play online - I.e. all accounts? I'm the only PS+ member in our house, and any account can play games I've downloaded, but only I get cloud saves.
I'm hoping online is open to anyone on the console. Don't want to have to buy two PS+ subs so my son is covered

Seems to say you do have to pay for this platinum, which is annoying.
Personally, I'm mostly past the whole trophy thing. Mostly.
It is outrageously huge. The download for Uncharted 3 is fucking huge. I just checked my PS3 after leaving it on for awhile and I saw that I had a ton of movies and languages, so I deleted them. But when I went to install the single player game, I was never left with a game icon. Did I delete too much?

You have to download the f2p multiplayer to be able to play U3.The download for Uncharted 3 is fucking huge. Guys, I need help understanding the cloud saves on Vita (same as PS3 I guess).
How do I access this cloud to check the saves and their dates? How do I know when my game is saved on the cloud? I'd like to erase a few games but keep the saves, and since saves are attached to games on Vita, well. :/
On the PS3 you just go to the game saved folder and click online storage. It'll list everything you've uploaded and all the same details as the local files.Guys, I need help understanding the cloud saves on Vita (same as PS3 I guess).

For Vita go on the content manager app and there will be an option there to upload your Vita saves to the cloud.
On the PS3 you just go to the game saved folder and click online storage. It'll list everything you've uploaded and all the same details as the local files.
On the Vita you have to use the Content Manager to browse what you have uploaded.

So I know we get a bunch of free titles we probably wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for PS+.
Do you guys actually try most of the titles? How long on average do you try a new game for?
I tried Double Dragon Neon last night. Was cool, but kind of difficult for me. Spent maybe 20 minutes playing it. Also tried Joe Danger 2 (or something like that), removed it after 5 minutes.
I just got access to the Live Events Viewer Beta with WWE Payback PPV for free.
Did anyone else here get it?
Right now, the app just shows WWE Payback for free and WWE Money in the Bank with no price. I'll post pictures when I can.
update: And here is an album of images. Sorry I don't have a capture device for clearer screenshots.
