I agree. The Melee Adventure mode was relatvively short, and gave incentive for you to try and beat your high scores with all of your favorite characters. It made me feel as though future versions would have levels that were more character or IP specific. Then with Sub Space Emissary, we got a platformer that handled kind of crappy due to the way Smash bros characters control, and it was just kind of boring outside of the cutscenes. I hope they give us a small Nintendo Land type of experience with these IP's but of course with the characters and not those silly, annoying, club fisted, detail lacking Mii avatars...
