VLR hasn't been added to PS+ yet, you're about a week or two too early.

Personally, I don't like having the store update at a set time each week. It gives me an incentive to ignore it. And then I just keep ignoring it until I remember that it actually changes from time to time.

I'm not really all that bothered by it... sometimes the updates are larger than others or technical issues happen. I just try to check on Wednesday or Thursday if it's not up at a certain time on Tuesday.

Have you downloaded a full game trial of it? I think that the web store has a bug so it thinks you already have the full game if you have downloaded a trial before. Try in the PS3 store.

The PS Home E3 PS+ voucher doesn't stack. That's been confirmed by many people and by Sony on the PS Discussion Boards.
