Ha, I posted this on another forum and someone else has had the same happen to him. Crazy.

Their website is pretty awful too, I barely wanted this game to begin with and I can see it becoming a pain in the arse to fix now. Prove me wrong Zavvi pls.

Could they be trying to sell the game to other customers from the limited as a normal edition in the hope that 1 among, say, 5 customers won't ask for a change for the limited edition? That would be awful and shady as fuck.

I'm done with zavvi anyway, too fucking unreliable in every single way.
 
What's the best/cheapest place to grab an official wired 360 pad? Friend just bought Dark Souls (PC) and as you can imagine, isn't having much fun with KBaM. He's asked me where to buy a 360 pad.

Ordered that Dark Souls steelbook from them. Wonder if they will also only send out steelbooks with no game inside. :-)

I dunno man but if you check their Twitter account there's a load of us in the same boat. How the hell does this happen? Ugh. If their response is anything other than "keep what we sent you and we'll send you a copy of the standard edition" then I will weep.

Edit - oh God I didn't even know that was a thing. I don't like steelbooks usually and to be fair buying Dark Souls four times is probably overkill, but that is pretty.
 
Looking for reasonable priced Xenoblade Chronicles (PAL version for WII), seems that everyplace is sold out and the places that are selling ask too much considering game is couple years old.

Also Amazon UK sends stuff (if order is over ~25£) without postage fees to Finland. Tho seller must be Amazon.

btw. my Journey Collector's Edition arrived. Everything is included, but I noticed that flOw comes w/o DLC. Strangely quite a few people say that the DLC won't install correctly (see here - same problem as with the flOw version, that was free on US-PSN - I got that one as well) but there is also 1 person that posted that it would work (see here - it's GameFAQs so who knows, maybe a liar).

Someone on here, who owns the DLC and the UK-CE as well and is able to verify this? I would really like to get the DLC, so that I can get that additional trophy. But I don't want to spend money on nothing. And it seems Sony isn't capable of fixing it. I just checked, UK-flOw from the CE is also 2.10.

There is currently no fix for the flOw expansion pack for the American/Asian releases, but it’s apparently fixed in the European release.

I think the seller has to be Amazon rather than a marketplace seller fulfilled by Amazon for the free shipping to count (which is still sent from the Amazon warehouse and via Amazon delivery). Its silly like the add-on items thing (which is done because the items are not worth sending on their own yet they all get sent separate anyway).

Anyway: amazon.de has it for just shy of 47 Euro.

Not from my experience. As soon as it says "£XX & this item Delivered FREE in the UK with Super Saver Delivery", it has free delivery if you order over £25. However, for whatever strange reason, if you put a marketplace-sellers item and an Amazon-sold item in the same cart you have to pay for the shipping. So you have to manually split the orders up. You also don't seem to be able to buy an item for £15 from a marketplace-seller and an item for £15 from Amazon and get free shipping. All £25 must be spent on the same seller.

So yeah, this item should give free shipping.

Yeah thanks. Ordered it from amazon.de and luckily I checked used ones. Ordered used one with 23e + 8e postal costs, 31e total. Posting takes something between 7-21 days (Germany to Finland).

Kinda same to me if it is used or new in this case & if it takes sometime to arrive. Buyer (some company) market it as Sehr gut (very good condition). Hoping that the disc itself is not scratched and box itself is ok condition. Moved to a new house couple weeks ago and now I got new tv and my old 50" tv is going to be 2nd tv for gaming purposes to WII & X360.

Main tv is reserved for PS3 use and in the future for the PS4.

My box wasn't ruined, but it was definitely opened with no game.

No idea what's going on. No reply from Zavvi.
 
Tweet at them @zavvihelp. I got a reply from there asking for my order number, we'll see if that goes anywhere.

My box was pretty ruined, like it was maybe a trained dog or fox that had removed the game and left the tat.

The guy or woman removing all those game carts probably got tired of doing it after a while and your copy was likely opened after he or she had lost his or her patience...
 
I bought a laptop with "no operating system" intending to install Windows 7 on it, but they put Windows 8 on to test it before sending it out to me, so I have an non-activated version of Windows 8. Is there any way I can get a Windows 8 key for cheap or should I just format and install 7 instead?

Nah, RAGE is great, I'd definitely recommend you to pick it up at that price. The shooting is fantastic, the enemy animations are incredible, but the best part are the towns. Walking around in them and interacting is great, and after every major mission there's something new going on in the town. The game has some sweet RPG elements. In fact I should definitely re-play that game someday.

Thanks for the heads up. Best Cheese is Gouda cheese haha so different country. Yeah i could find it for €50 but more looking for €40. I saw it on WOWHD for that price a couple of months ago. But i don't have any experience with them and i heard they are situated in Australia so i have to also beware of import cost and paying vat in my own country don''t know if it is worth all the hassle.
 
I've been looking for ace attorney justice for all(new) for months now, but I could only find it at amazon.uk's market place and their shipping prices are ridicules most of the time. anyone ever saw it somewhere else? (english or german version, japanese would be ok too).
 
I have this Japanese version of the game and bought it from Play-Asia a few years ago. I think shipping is about 3€ or you can buy something small to get over the $25 to get free shipping.

Hop off that internet hate bandwagon. Windows 8 is faster and identical to 7 in core functionality. 8.1 is hitting soon and looks to have some nice improvements for free. Try pick up a cheap key if it's already installed, unless you think you'll share the irrational hate for a redesigned form of displaying start menu icons to you. I know there's a few cheaper keys flying around on places like eBay.

Yeah, totally. I recently moved from 7 to 8 and at first (as usual) I didn't like it all that much but after using it for a while I love it. It's fast, slick and clean. Best Windows operative system to date in my opinion.

I don't know any place to get keys for cheap though.
 
Thanks you very much guys. I'm looking to have the 3DS XL shipped to Portugal, so Game is a no-no.

Amazon.it seems to be the cheapest as far as I know, they have the handheld for €149 + €8 shipping.

But it kinda hurts when I could have had it for ~€140 (£119) + NSMB2 free a few weeks ago. But the funds just weren't there :'(

Don't risk it with flubit now. You have no guarantee you'd get it in time, and the few pounds you'd save aren't worth risking a free game (worth near RRP) over.
