Yeah I refuse to believe such a thing. But this is Squeenix we are talking about here.

I'd love to see some vertical shooters on the Vita. Especially since you could turn it on it's side and use the right stick and buttons and use the whole screen. Still surprised that we haven't seen that yet, seems like a no-brainer to me.

Why is it always Japanese developers who play the whole "We'll port/develop/remake XXX if there's enough interest" game? It's irritating and means nothing anymore.

I've never played Limbo and I did not like Braid very much. Hotline Miami was novel at first, but as I played on, I just found some of the gameplay to be too twitch based or something. I'll probably still support it on Vita, but I'd rather see a port of Dust or the Dishwasher games. Those are probably some of my top tier indies (granted, they appeared on XBLA after being published by microsoft, but that doesn't change the fact that they were games made by small independent studios).

Bullshit. I seem to recall a few years ago fans rampantly gathered and petitioned From Software to port Dark Souls to PC. Not only did we get it (though it was a sloppy ass port) it convinced Namco Bandai/From Software that Dark Souls 2 should be on the PC and developed properly from the start.
They should definitely port Dakura & Dear Esther to vita next. Only pieces of the indie pie we're missing.

It's probably not supported then.
I can see Battlefront 2 and Battlefront Elite Force on the AU store. Both of them say they are compatible with PSP and Vita.

Battlefront II and Elite Squadron are supported and on the store in EU. Not sure about NA. :/
I popped on the US web store through my browser and it is unfortunately not compatible for your region.

That was a big part of the reason why I wanted a Vita, portable Battlefront.
Edit: Godddamn it.
There were three of them on PSP (Battlefront II, Rogue Squadron, and Elite Squadron) but SCEA hates putting PSP and PSone games on the Vita store.

That sucks. Elite Squadron is a little janky but Battlefront II in particular controls great with dual sticks.

Ughhh I really want that game but I know with my luck the moment I import it, SEGA will announce a Western localization. Maybe I should just take one for the team so SEGA can finally localize it?
Considering that they explicitly gathered interest only for the PS3 version on Facebook, only announced the PS3 version being localized, and the demo being available..I'd say just pick up the Japanese version.

IFf you have a ps3 you can download battlefront 2 psp and transfer it to the vita, in the us. One of the others has this too but its way overpriced on the store so i didnt buy it.
It is a great deal but I already own Wipeout and LBP. The others aren't screaming out to me to be honest.

I just imported it last week. So worth it to play it now. The announced PS3 localization doesn't come out for another few months. No telling when and if the vita localization will come out.
what the reason SCEA have to not add many of the compatible/working PSP and PSone games from the main PSstore to Vita store? (like GT, Coded Arms, Soul Reaver,..ect)

Playing Gods Eater Burst for the first time. I tried to beat the first Vajra boss twice but no luck. What am I doing wrong? I only have one AI companion...
What part did you get stuck at? My first playthrough was only on normal, but I don't recall needing to grind outside of doing all of Elizabeth's requests until January.
Judging by the PS3 demo and the official trailer their localization is really lazy, as in they don't even bother to translate the subtitle lyrics. Should they ever change their minds and localize the Vita version as well (very unlikely at this point, they seem dead set on only doing the PS3 version and pretending the Vita doesn't exist outside Japan, lol Sega), you won't be missing much.
WIth that said I gotta admit that I never touched the Vita version again after getting the PS3 version. The graphical upgrade is massive, the game is so gorgeous in full 1080p that the Vita version now looks dull in comparison. Also the 6 new songs are amazing (Senbonzakura is worth the price of admission alone) but I played the Vita version on my regular account so I can't even access them.
