I'm pretty sure response time is not the same as input lag.

Of course, I never mentioned/meant response time. Input lag is also almost never mentioned by the manufacturer anywhere(unlike response time), the input lag data that's there is from user tests. Response time for the asus vh238h is 2ms and input lag is 18ms, for example.

CEO SFXT pools are up it seems. and damn, because nobody but top-players play the game, pools are full of killers, lol.

Quickly checked the player spreadsheet and theres 640 people attending. Hopefully it'l break 700 by the end of friday. Only japanese players attending are Mago and Momochi.

Just spent about $100 to support Armada and his brother. As someone who is very close to his brother and sister, I admire what he's trying to do. Also, I'm somehow starting to get hype about Melee for reasons I can't explain! Probably because I grew up with the thing.

Edit: Oh shit! I'm not a junior anymore. Three cheers!

Tried to watch the finals of the recent South Asia road to evo event, but that guy Zhe or whatever his name is, is so annoying I turned it off. I don't even care to watch it, just read the winners.

He is beyond stupid, rude and inappropriate. It's clear that he's trying to be like Yipes, but he comes off as nothing but annoying. Worst FGC commenter by a long shot.

Zhi is really hit or miss, sometimes he can be funny for the strangest things he says, other times he says the most inane and stupid shit it's grating. It's like he doesn't understand when he's crossing the line.

You guys remember seeing that doujin Third Strike/KOF-looking fighter Yatagarasu? Well, now the dev team and Nyu Media doing an Indiegogo campaign to add more characters and update the game, and they're willing to work for rates so low you honestly feel sorry for them!

I'm serious too, lol. I do it often when I'm doing other stuff. I write something, attention gets drawn away, I retype it but forget to erase the old stuff.
I always mess up sentences when I edit them. Fragments of the sentence's previous formulation always get left in...

Is DQX good? As in, does it feel like a proper DQ game in some fashion?

Your post is better because I know what's going on. I skip over random links people post.

Don't worry more people like 'karsticles' will read your post anyway (._. )

Just backed that for 40 bucks.

Game looks too sick

Good stuff!

I would hope that an offline competitive community forms around Yatagarasu. Has anything like that happened for it's current version yet or is just another King of Combat? (100% online, no tournaments ever)

Not that I know of. I'm in the King of Combat beta due to the generosity of someone here, but to be honest it's hard enough for me to understand the basics of it right now. =\

I've only seen a handful of people even play the game at all, for that matter. Despite it seeming to be great.

After seeing the giant budget that the Skullgirls IGG required I really hope the devs aren't shorting themselves any cash. I mean the highest tier is only $2,500 more than the next highest and includes round-trip airfare, a CM84 ticket, and three days of hotel lodging, which pretty much wipes out that amount.

That's the best part, he says things so deadpan. I feel like the only american who likes more the more deadpan they are -_-

They are.
They're not receiving any payment until they exceed the $311,000 stretch goal.

Ctrl+F "Steam" and nothing found. I'm still gonna throw a bit of money in, but you'd think this would be their chance to push GGPO or a PC release on a well known digital store. Oh well, gonna try to drop $40 when I can.

Edit: Eww, I forgot about Steam Greenlight. Shit can burn in hell.
