I fully expected next gen games to charge the full RRP while the current gen of consoles are still "active" for at least another year.

But if that's the standard pricing across the board then... lol.

I tried to do this but the site wouldn't let me accept the credit agreement. I'm guessing there was meant to be a tick box but there was no sign of it on the page. I used the latest release build of Firefox so I don't know why this happened. I don't want to risk using a broken site but anyone else can give it a try if they want.

I'm not interested in Fire Emblem, so I didn't get that one.

I'm tempted to just buy a 3DSXL on Amazon for £140.

They literally just had £120 and then £140 with mario free. Now is the lull between offers. Does anyone know if there is any way to guess when the next offer will come?

I really just want a 3DS XL + game for <£150 (or animal crossing bundle for £160). If GAME extended their code to the animal crossing bundle I'd jump

worst case, the GAME offer is there until 9th August and I might jump on a white XL with mario kart if Amazon has nothing better by then.

It's the reason I haven't bit the bullet - what if it goes on offer again soon? I nearly bought it for £160 on its own, and Amazon put it down to £140 just a few days later!
 
Sweeet, my copies of Project X Zone and Mario and Luigi: Dream Team Bros arrived from Flubit today! The former was £18.88 and the latter was £24.40.

Project X Zone came via Sainsbury's, I ordered it on the 4th and it dispatched on the 8th. No sign on the packet or the invoice for Mario and Luigi of who sent it, but googling the PO box shows that it was SimplyGames. It was ordered on the 5th and dispatched yesterday.

tbh you should buy it when it provides the value you want at a price that is acceptable. Right now it's a matter of principle :P

Sorry dude :( The 3DSXLSAVE deal applies to the Monster Hunter bundle too if that's of interest to you? I preferred the black console but sounds like Fire Emblem has been getting fantastic reviews so I went for that bundle instead.

Can't believe how pricey Ocarina of Time still is :( Seems that and Monster Hunter are both pretty difficult to even get a hold of let alone for a decent price.

The only thing stopping me from buying that £140 3DS XL from Amazon is the lack of a game. I'm tempted to get the £160 Fire Emblem bundle from GAME. But thats still sans charger.

Hmm. Haven't ordered anything from them in a while. The last time a movie blu-ray actually arrived, I had long forgotten I ever ordered it (took 40 days to arrive).

Apparently yes but it'll cost you 6 Euros + 2,30 Euros TTC per article :s
I guess it's still cheaper than the real price but maybe you'll see something similar in your country closer to release, I don't have the conversion rate in mind.
 
So apparently there is "littlewoods" or "littlewoodseurope" which belongs to very.co.uk and also ships to Europe outside of UK. AND they also got the 3 for 2 3DS games offer. The games are all +10GBP, but there are various vouchers for 1st timers.


But I encountered a problem. When I first entered their page it specifically told me that they deliver to Germany (as they probalby recognized my IP adress). But when I try to register or a give a delivery adress the page doesn't accept any adress outside of UK... :/

Littlewoods Europe closed a while ago I believe.

Littlewoods/Very/Woolworths don't deliver overseas, only to British Forces.

Thanks. Thats really strange tthough, they should take down the huge banner that pops up and promises a delivery to my home country.

Is there by chance any comparable offer for 3DS games for the rest of Europe? :(

Sucks that they don't deliver overseas. I'm stuck with Amazon for now, since they decided to randomly lower the price to £37.68 again. Need to get it close to launch day ;)
 
So Amazon.co.uk has the Puppeteer preorder for 22,49 pounds (26€). Any other place with a similar price, but with free shipping? Too bad I didn't catch this one before they killed off the Free Super Saver to my country >_<;

They have Nintendo Land for £18 too (if getting the basic pack). I've been looking for some new local multiplayer, and was planning to get a Wii U eventually anyway for Mario Kart, Smash Bros, and X - £168 is pretty good for Basic + Nintendo Land.
 
Currently unavailable for collection at any of the nearest stores to me or my parents. Also not available for home delivery weirdly :/


Edit: ok, I can order one, but not two for home delivery, odd.

Also it's £5 delivery, so only £5 less than GAME if you use their 3DSXLSAVE code for £40 off. (Wish that worked on the animal crossing bundle..)

My Fire Emblem one from Game arrived today, really nice looking style actually! I was worried I wouldn't like the blue but it has a kind of metalic finish rather than the gharish flat blue I've seen. Go for it!

Still hunting around for a Monster Hunter Recommendation Code :( Not found anyone with a spare one yet. Just registering all the club nintendo cards and it came up after registering the 3DS itself about the deal, taunting me.
