Here's an attempt at getting a non-sweetfx version of that shot.

Maybe I'm overcompensating for gamma because my new monitor is just a wee bit darker than what I'm used to.

ini seems fine, I don't know, it just seems missing in some places where I'd really expect to see it. can you configure the SSAO toggle key in DSFixKeys.ini and check if everything is working?

Of course, just for screenshotting (and not for playable performance) you could also try SCAO

I was looking through some of my old shots for something and when looking through Bioshock I was just thinking of how consistently good the shots looked. It's a real testament to how great Bioshock looked. It's a real beautiful game.

Forcing FXAA via Inspector on Nvidia drivers might help with that. Shouldn't slow down the game much either.

People have done nothing but complain about performance since ArmA 2 so I doubt they are in a hurry to implement all the fancy graphical technology.

I just have to say, I'm really enjoying a lot of the stuff you're doing in these pages, people. I'll try to manage some acceptable shots when I get some time away from my Fallout ENB and SweetFX experiments (which I'll reserve for the other thread, don't worry).

Just... keep them coming. Those Crysis 3 shots are making me want to buy that game so hard.

I used the default UE3 flag, but I set it to enhance mode - not override so the end results may more or may not actually have it visually applied.

Yeah we really need to look over the posting limitations in the thread. I honestly think, now that the thread is up and running so to speak, that the "no consecutive posts" on its own would be a good guideline for posting rather than artificially limiting posters with the X pics per page rule.

I thought it might be a good rule to have to wait for 1-2 screenshots (not just posts) before posting again. Should keep up the variety, but should also allow the thread to thrive during slower times. Just my $0.02 =)
