Fighting Games Weekly | July 22-28 | Life's A Beech

Hey FGC. I'm looking for a Ryu combo video on youtube that I saw a few years back. Each combo transitions between different games that Ryu is in....and the transition is almost seamless.

Does anyone know which video I'm talking about? Or know where to find it?

That would be the EVO 2009 Ryu showcase, search YT for it.

Anyway I only really need Facebook for regional gathering and Eventhubs/Twitter for the news. GAF for discussion.

Derp just means not a lot of thought required. If something is super good you don't have to think as hard when you use it. It's not really an execution thing it's more of a game plan thing. Any time you can use a flow chart to win or do well, that's derp.

Yeah, that's it, still doesn't fit Makoto's play-style at all

Very weird to play with weird/hard combo links.

Yeah, most people will still take a look at how many links she has in her combos (and her movement) and walk away.

The machine doesn't work without Kinect being turned on.

The thing doesn't even have a power button FFS!

I look at it like this:

Good stuff. If anything I'd tweak SFIV to make it more of a hockey stick but this is good.

I'm worried about this kickstarter....they got $36,929 out of $68,000 and there's only 19 days left. I really hope they make it's goal, this game is too good

:( I know. I suppose there's still a shot at the basic funding but the GGPO goal seems impossible. Hopefully there's some last minute surge. Maybe the same media outlets that hyped up Republique can get behind Yatagarasu (and get some karma back).

I FOUND MY CHARACTER

Haha, I needed a laugh, this did it.

Only if done by Araki and Daigo gets a Stand.

The IGG is set up such that the devs get the money even if they don't meet the goal, I think. The $71,000 is just the limit for them to complete the full expansion.

They aren't pulled out of thin air. It's just common sense that it costs a lot of money to develop LoL.

And people much smarter than you have decided F2P is a good idea regarding every recent fighting game released or being released in the near future.

It's pretty cool that you know how smart they are
