-ketogenic diet is the fastest way to lose weight. what it involves is eliminating carbs from your diet, and eating only protein and fats. What happens after doing this for a few days is that your body will enter a state known as ketosis, where fat is burned instead of stored carbohydrates, and is by far the quickest way to burn fat directly. Basically the whole diet would revolve around steak, chicken, tuna, eggs, protein shakes, almonds, brocolli, etc (you can have under 50g carbs in a day, nothing over)
-wont u feel low energy etc. - in the initial few days, yes. However, the human body is amazing to adapting to changes in its environment, and in this case, the change in diet. After just under a week, your body will stop to crave carbs like you did initially, and just used the stored fat as energy. the hard part is getting past the first few days
-Lets put it this way. You will burn more muscle doing cardio, and eating whatever, than doing the keto diet on its own with no cardio. you might lose a little, depending on how long you stay on though

His dad may have been half Armenian though, since his last name is clearly Armenian.No they were Kurdish Christians who were "officially" in Armenia SSR during the Soviet Union, they moved to Russia later where Zyzz and his older brother were born. It was all the Soviet Union then so it didn't really matter if you were from Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan etc. After that they moved to Australia. He once described himself as an Iraqi Christian basically.

I don't buy that he had some sort of undiagnosed heart condition. People draw inspiration from the oddest choices. It would have been different if he worked hard and achieved a fantastic physique while maintaining a great outlook on life while remaining humble. But his ego spiraled out of control and as his body swelled so did his head. I understand why so many people adopted this guy as a role model, but his premature death is proof that he was a doping moron with self esteem issues that chased an impossible ideal.
The biggest tragedy about this guy's death... is the number of obnoxious memes it's popularized.
