Well, a few notes.
-If you're gonna watch all the old G1's, remember to soak in the nostalgia and try to overlook its many many warts. Also, after you watch the first episode, read the corresponding TF Wiki page:
http://tfwiki.net/wiki/More_than_Meets_the_Eye,_Part_1 Then do the same for every episode. It'll enhance your experience
greatly. Also, remember that the 1986 movie goes between Season 2 and Season 3. That'll be obvious when you get there, though... there's a 20 year gap in the story after season 2.
-Actually, read the TF Wiki notes for every episode of everything TF after watching it.
-If you're going to watch all of G1, you might as well finish it with Beast Machines, even though it has MAJOR problems, that's the end of G1.

Add all three seasons of Transformers: Animated to your list. Seriously. They're far superior to the Unicron trilogy (Armada/Energon/Cybertron). It's almost top of the heap for me.
-Skip Robots in Disguise.
-Video game wise, just play WFC and FOC. Actually, when you're ready for Prime, do this: read the two novels, Exodus and Exiles (and the third if it's out by then), then play the two games, then watch Prime.
-Personally, I don't really care for the Unicron Trilogy that much... well, it has some pretty fun concepts, like Velocitron, etc, but overall, I think it's definitely lower tier.
EDIT: Oh, I totally misread. That first list is stuff you've ALREADY seen. Well, read the novels and play the High Moon Studio games. And watch Animated, but I'm not sure how. Actually, all the episodes might be on YouTube.
