Tried Signal Ops. Feels more like an alpha than a finished game. There's some neat ideas and cool visual style, but it crashes and the controls just don't work half the time. Or maybe the instructions aren't clear enough. Either way, it's a chore.

I've had my eye on that Angelica Weaver game so I'll probably get the bundle for that.

Best bundle in a long time. I'd easily buy Ittle Dew for that price alone. Wonder why the dev would do this though? Financially it doesn't seem like a very smart move, considering the game was just released and has never even been on sale.

Could be that sales have tapered off and they are hoping to generate more sales later via word of mouth.

Personally, I never heard of Ittle Dew until this bundle. It's already a month old and I didn't even know it had a giantbomb quick look(which I'm gonna check out now). It's not the first time these games have slipped past my radar. They may not earn as much, but as an unknown indie game with barely any metacritic scores, I doubt they can earn much at all on steam if no one is talking about it.

Also, as for the steam sales, the midweek/weekend deals are usually given to well-known, popular games. The week-long deals and the daily deals are like the leftovers. In general most of those games are either old, terrible or unknown indie. So, even if it did go on sale as a daily, I probably wouldn't even give it a second glance.

I knew about it, but alas my first groupees bundle that I supported was this one which was related to ittle dew :P

A surprising number of people on my friends list have/had that game on their wishlist, I think a daily would've been smarter. But I don't know how that works, guess it's not easy to get a spot nowadays.
 
gotta love Groupees. this latest bundle is killer. Eador Genesis can't even be purchased on Steam and was only available there as a bonus when preordering the new Eador.

i agree, though groupees doesn't seem to get as much love as it should (aka a lot of their bundles should sell more than they do)... it still feels quite overlooked most of the time. Perhaps it has something to do with their poor launch still, or maybe it's because they do bundles that aren't game related as well *shrugs*
 
I think my favorite bundle is actually Indie Royale. I've discovered so many "hidden gems" from their bundles and I always see games I like a lot featured in their bundles and nowhere else, as far as I know.

Definitely. The comparatively mediocre EA Origin bundle sold nearly 2 million copies. And then you a real quality bundle like this one come along and it just isn't selling anything close to those numbers. So come on, people, support the true indies! Especially when they make awesome games like these that put companies like EA to shame.
 
How many episodes will Cognition have? I already own the first but still didn't play it, was it Greenlit already? It would be easier to keep track of it this way, I keep forgetting about my DRM Free games that are not on GOG or part of a Groupees bundle.

Okay come on, the EA bundle was not mediocre in any sense of the word.
