There's PSN maintenance today. Noon to 6:30 PDT.
Also added myself to the spreadsheet, so for anyone, feel free to add. Although as another member of old man GAF, my online gaming is limited. PSN same as GAF.
I just realized it's on sale. Well, a perfect time to buy now then.

I'm 34. My wife knows I'm addicted to my Vita. She's addicted to Fallout and Elder Scrolls games. Not to mention Terraria, and is currently passing time at home with Guild Wars 2.
I really, really want Terraria on my Vita already. Is that still for this year?

That's a shame.
Not sure if there's anyone else out there like me, but after SCEE got Velocity Ultra put on ps+ on release day and SCEA bumbled around with approving the release of the game for about 8 weeks, my interest had waned and I figured I'd wait for it to show up on NA PS+.
Luckily I won a code though.

I've been a Vita owner since day 1 and lurked this thread since around November last year. I play my Vita over my 3DS and have spent hundreds of dollars on it.

No. If you don't really play fighting games the Marvel is a terrible way to start. You're going to want an easier to get in to fighting game like Tekken 6 PSP(works on Vita), DOA5 or Divekick.

Yes. Use CMA and do not do a full backup.
Select Vita --> PC/PS3,
Vita Applications
Copy all
This way, your library is set up on your PC/PS3 for you to copy individual games back and forth without having to transfer the whole card back and forth. If you're done with a game, transfer it over (backups save and game) and delete from Vita, and transfer a new game to the Vita. Like switching out gamecards.

Keep in mind the same devs just finished spelunky for the Vita a few weeks ago, they were not really focused on Fez till that finished up.
There is a thread about this and yeah it sucks, but what can we do? Konami don't even want to release PES on Vita, no other publishers have alive football series (Sony's This is Football/World Tour Soccer, SEGA's Virtua Striker/Worldwide Soccer and Namco's Football Kingdom all died long ago), Football fans on Vita at least get something..unlike basketball/NBA and other sports.

I wonder if Vita sales from the price cuts are substantial at all. Hope so, the Vita's future gets brighter the more people get on board. Already impressed with what has come out so early in the console's life!

I seem to recall (somebody correct me if I'm wrong) them saying that there are 9 campaign missions that would each take about an hour to play through. After that you unlock a number of challenges for each missions - getting through the mission as stealthily as possible could be one challenge, etc. So it sounds like it's got a fairly meaty singleplayer side (for a portable offshoot installment in a series of fairly MP-centric games).
To play some soul sacrifice new dlc. I sent you a bunch of invites when me agent and itachi play a few nights ago.
