NFS: Most Wanted is actually a really good game, more than Average. If you have any interest at all in Racing as a genre then you'll probably find a lot of joy there. I personally haven't played a racing game in earnest since Gran Turismo 3 and yet I found myself sucked into NFS: Most Wanted.

It's especially good if you have a lot of people on your PSN friends list who have played it already. Because the autolog populates high scores in game based on your friends.

It looks good but its not native rez. The thing that bothered me the most was headlights coming at you are really pixelated. But its really playable and the same exact game as the PS3 (minus the DLC) its great and pretty damn fun. I loved it but did trade it in after beating it as I got it from PS+ on PS3.

There is zero framerate issues. However textures have a problem sometimes. Most especially concerning tread marks your tires make. Otherwise it's what you'd expect from a console port. It's not native rez (though it could be) and you'll see jaggies. But all in all it looks surprisingly good and is a direct port from the console version.

Pretty much completed the first world. Got all electoons, passed all time trials, and did the tricky treasure level. So much fun!

i was one level off from reaching hell today.

Man first time I got there I had 1 heart left, and it was a dark level. I twitch threw my torch down a chasm by accident 10 seconds in. Didn't last long and didn't make it back until the next time I made it all the way through and beat the game on a daily challenge.
Jetpack + Shotgun is insanely imba.

How are the controls for UMVC3 for the Vita?

Very good. The d-pad on the Vita is one of the best d-pads ever made. Beats out Neo Geo controllers but only because it's quiet. The controls are really responsive.

Has anyone heard about the new Rayman for vita?

Only article I've read on it was on el33tonline and it mentioned you couldn't zoom in or out and there were minor frame rate issues.


Hopefully just a bad demo.

They're totally good.

It's primarily a four button game (with assists on the triggers) so it feels just fine. Vita's D-pad is great, so pulling off moves is easy.

It's my top 2 Vita racer after Wipeout 2048. The game has a great sense of speed and it controls really well. The open world is really fun to mess around in with lots of variety in the environment and a day/night cycle. It's completely sold me on picking up the PC version when it goes on sale again (and as I understand my progress will carry over thanks to Autolog).

I've yet to see a white vita with black buttons or vice versa.
(it'll be great when custom housings come out should the Vita be an easy reassemble though)

I've taken apart a Vita and it's really easy except for one thing: the OLED is fused to the front panel.

The rear touch pad is also held on with adhesive, but it's pretty easy to take off.

That is a very good deal, despite COD not being great. PS+ varies, but be sure to try out the Killzone beta that's on there right now!

It looks okay, and plays better thanks to dual sticks.

The framerate is still super low though. It's hard for me to play it for that reason, honestly.
