Wow that Manado is nice! I wouldn't be surprised if they were recording Xenoblade music for Smash. During their recording sessions Sakurai must deem it necessary to have specific gaming memorabilia handy to make sure the true essence of the game is felt within that music. I'm not entirely joking either.
I have always though Shulk was likely but now I'm certain at least Xenoblade music and/or assist trophies are in.

I'm expecting Shulk to appear since Monolith is very close with Nintendo.
They've helped with all kinds of Nintendo titles like Skyward Sword, Pikmin 3, and New Leaf to name a few. They even helped with Brawl last time. It'd be nice of Sakurai to add Shulk.

Poor choice of words. I know Nintendo owns them. I'm just saying it would be a shame if Smash didn't have Shulk or some Xenoblade representation after all Monolith has done for Nintendo.

yes nintendo has their own event which is just their TGS event really they just dont say it. last year this is when bayonetta 2 and monster hunter ultimate was announced, I would be surprised if theres no kind of smash news by that time
It's possible, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. We're most likely getting a Direct around that time, yeah.
