Not read any of the previews, are the shooting mechanics somewhere between Max Payne and RDR?

Why? GTA IV didn't leak until six days before release, RDR I think didn't leak until the weekend before but that might have just been a picture of the PS3 game case that showed that version had exclusive content that T2/Rockstar didn't promote.

Yeah, a guy was arrested for filming the police during a raid. He put his dog in his car but it jumped out of its window an officer shot it 3-4 times and just left it to bleed out while it was whimpering on the ground.
