PS1, PS2, PS3 native backward compatibility support
Hell yeah!
PS1, PS2, PS3 native backward compatibility support
That's what I meant by "I don't think there will be any special, new announcements."
Of course we're going to get PS4 games that haven't been announced before. But people aren't going to be blown away by more Hot Shots Golf, more Yakuza, and more Dynasty Warriors.
If your Japanese or generally?
A man can dream![]()
Wait a minute, TGS is this week?
Not expecting anything other than the Japanese release date. I kind of hope we get the CPU clock speed but that's just to satisfy my own curiosity and I don't think it's too likely.
A Japan release date is within expectations I think. "Beyond expectations" really causes some hype, although the meaning could be lost in translation?
This2.5ghz upgrade
TLG news will come when it comes. 4 years of trade shows have shown us that. Until then, no one should expect it.
This was a stupid thing of Sony to say.
Don't hold your breath. It'd better be The Last Guardian.
It'd better fucking be The Last Guardian.
Don't hold your breath.
It's gonna be Shenmue 3
Which is why the tweet was immediately deleted. However, that doesn't stop GAF and the rest of the internet from going nuts about it. The fact that the "news we've been waiting for" tweet was so quickly deleted is telling. We shouldn't get hyped for this. General expectations are now already higher than what we'll get.
Will they have another presser at TGS?
The news the Japanese audience has been waiting for is a release date, not a game announcement.
Omega Boost PS4.
Believe.
Beyond expectations could mean japanese launch this year.
Which is something that probably japanese gamers aren't expecting after all focus has been on US/Europe during these months with no announced plans for them.
I would die.TLG, DS2, and P5
I believe
And this would be seizure inducingPS4 VR Omega Boost, developed by Platinum Games.
God. The mere mention of Persona 5 makes me shudder in anticipation.
