Level 5 released Time Travel but that was also a multiplatform project that failed on both handhelds. Their upcoming game Wonderflick is coming to VITA though but not 3DS.

I am pretty sure that Konami didn't drop the ZOE HD port but saw no way to port it to VITA considering the clusterfuck of port that it got on consoles. They aren't even releasing many games these days. They mostly revolve around MGS now.

The support has remained the same. Their is no drop.

Level-5 released LBX W on Vita. The next LBX is 3DS exclusive.
 
So can anyone recommend me some great PS1 games for my Vita that ARE NOT RPG's...

I never owned a PS1 and it seems like every game recommendation I get is an RPG. I don't have a ton of time for long RPG's. So what are some of the good adventure games, platformers, action games?

The Suikoden team is dead. They don't have a studio making rpgs right now, and the suikodens after 2 were pretty bad anyways. They may still get a new team making entries in the franchise, but I wouldnt get my hopes up.

I'm glad I saw this post because it made me check my tracking number. Delivery scheduled for tomorrow, SO GLAD. I'm going away next week and was dreading the huge PITA of trying to keep UPS from being dickholes about delivery attempts and actually holding my packages from several timezones and thousand miles away.
 
Tearaway and Ys has been preordered. I'll be buying P4G and Soul Sacrifice soon. All the money i got from this weeks paycheck is now gone XD

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment was announced for PSP, and launched in early 2012.

Bayonetta 2 ended up being canceled by SEGA, and saved by Nintendo. It's just been revealed that there's a Bayonetta movie.

Yay, MH...not the latest one but still MH finally on vita. The sales in Japan better rise up now :L Its finally got a MH game.
 
Sales in Japan are not going to rise when MHFG comes out. It's available on PC, 360, PS3, and Wii U. Not to mention it's a very unhandheld friendly game in that it's a pay to play MMO.

In other news, Monster Hunter Frontier G is announced for the vita. Not as if anyone cares.

I don't understand Capcom sometimes. MH Tri and MH4 will easily run on the Vita considering they are on the 3DS. It is basically free money. And why the hell is Tri exclusive to the Wii U and not on PS3 and 360, when they decide to port a portable resident evil that nobody is interested in? They are pissing away money. I guess it is because of nonsense decisions like these that Capcom is diminished these couple of years.

The "rumor" was actually leaked from seemingly credible source, with no Monster Hunter info. Then some Japanese site added random speculation and posted as a rumor as a whole. This is really what happened.

edit: Also MHP 3rd got a PSN price drop when soul sacrifice released. I expect this game to drop around delta comes out.

no word on GE
Toukiden has been announced for the west apparently coming in dec to EU according to TK website.
Not much known about freedom wars but i would say its likely being a sony game
 
How is the 3G service in Japan?
I know their overall Internet makes NA look like the stone ages of pre-dialup...

Cause if Vita's 3G service there is really good... and if PSO2 did well, I'm willing to bet sales will be solid.

None of these are portable, and Japan is heavily scewed towards portables. It might not set Japan on fire but that does not mean it won't sell at all.

Earlier, you were saying Capcom just released a game on 3DS that ensures they won't release a proper game on VITA and just crap like Dragon's Dogma Quest and now they announce Frontier for VITA and you are still being ridiculous.

I don't care about losing MH and i know Frontier announcement probably won't have that much of a impact but it is still better than nothing. Portable 3rd HD sold like ~200k+ units on PS3 IIRC. How is it better than MH Frontier?

He would have been negative whatever the announcement. If they announced Portable 3rd, he would have said "Won't sell. MH 4 is already out for 3DS and this feels like a relic that will ultimately mean nothing."

But considering this is a port of a 7 years old game, MMO pay to play, with graphics even less complimentary than the 3DS version, is it really fair to call it a "proper game" for Vita?

Well I suppose in a way it can be said like that... but ehh.......
 
I find it so lame how the 3DS fanboys on Gaf were like; Oh with the success of MH4, Capcom would never bring MH to Vita.

Get over it 3DS fanboys, Capcom likes $. They will slap MH onto any platform possible and MH is a system seller.

This is sort of good news and hopefully this could lead to new numbered MH games. Though I personally do not care for MH but this does mean more units sold, which results to more 3rd party support in Japan :)
