I pirated 360 games and MS banned me, what the hell?

^no, that's not even close to that assumption. It's subject for another thread.

I talked with support over the phone. They told me that i can not transfer account stuff from one account to another, and probably won't be able to salvage anything from that account at all.

I asked what can I do, they told me just to wait on forums for answer of enforcement team. I can not call them, i can not PM them.

The reason why they ignored me, well if i may say it better, they didn't ignore me. Their work time is from monday to friday, and i got banned last night (saturday) so I need to wait for tomorrow. But as that, i must say, nice and helpful guy told me on the phone, I probably can not salvage anytihng from that account. Its permanent ban of account and console and I can't do anything.

Hopefully I will get some answers tomorrow.

Ha! Thanks for that, this made me have a good chuckle.

Yeah as everyones been saying, do shady shit and feel the wrath. Possibly not the Oman thing as if the exploit is as wide spread as people seem to think we'd be hearing a lot more stories like yours. Either way at the end of the day you're in their house, you don't live there, you're only renting, play by the rules or get kicked out.

I have seen waaay to many of these "I was banned FOR NOTHING, I'm innocent I SWEAR" posts on different game forums to know that 99.99% of the time the person who got banned, not only got banned for a legitimate reason but also knew the real reason he/she was banned in the first place.

These kinds of posts are nothing but a spiteful means of getting a comeback at the company that banned him.

Sorry OP I'm not buying your "I'm innocent" routine, and I'm more than confident that you know the real reason your account got canned.
 
You should have access to all content you legally bought. Any confirmation of purchase should be accessible. On the other hand I quite like what they are going to do with online play and their new reputation policies. I think it's about time players start taking accountability for their actions online. I'm so sick and tired of those who want to race backwards, team-kill, scream in the microphone/play loud music, racist and demeaning remarks. All that nonsense needs to go away, Will it be fool-proof? I doubt it because we also have poor losers who will try and beat the report system because they don't like to lose fairly.

Members just need to be respectful for one another and realize everyone just wants to have fun. As for banning consoles I'm also sure Microsoft has made errors in this area but if you did something against the rules own up to it. Don't be that clown we seen on YouTube going after the moderator while playing Call of Duty and then splicing and editing video to make it appear he didn't deserve to be banned. It's amazing to what lengths some will go because they don't want to own up to their own actions.

I don't believe it is fair to lose all your games when you are banned. Someone posted earlier that you get to keep your games, which is a much better result.

However if what was posted on the last page is true...... you are SOL op.

If true then that is what I was saying, some just never want to be accountable for their own actions. Reminds me of that guy who went ape-shit because a moderator caught him while using an exploit in Call of Duty. He went on YouTube, edited the video of the moderator going after him making it appear the moderator was at fault. It's amazing to what extreme them will go to plead their innocence while trying so hard to distance themselves from their own conduct.

Dunder Hassan did the same thing here. It's not illegal. It might cast some doubt on OP, but those are steam/origin keys.

Games are much cheaper in Russia. People buy the Russian keys and sell them to the US/Europe for a markup.
 
His Steam profile is in some groups relating to a CD key site as well


He's also in a few groups for the university I'm starting at tomorrow, but I believe he isn't in the UK?
