Didn't his tweets imply that the game he was talking about being most requested had to do with #jrpgvita?
It could be read as a: "i'm going to a deal about bringing on of the most requested games" with a later "hey, but don't worry, we are still doing that JRPG thing". In my opinion, they were separate topics.
But you know, twitter, 140 character cap... it can be pretty confusing.
I won't get my hopes up.

Great games, a small step toward acceptable in the PS+ column... however, it doesn't do a thing for me. And they're still not full retail titles like EU gets.
own hotline miami,not really interested in sine mora, another meh month for me... good thing im interested on the ps3 side!

God, I hate that "word".
But beyond that, I already own both. That doesn't detract from the fact both are superb games on Vita and great value for anyone who hasn't already bought them.
Amalur is a good addition too... but I have a PC copy waiting for me to play it, so I'll skip it on PS3. The rest of the PS3 lineup is suspect... wasn't EU given SotC/ICO in the same update as 1 title? :lol

i thought inafune said that if its feasible they will do vita/3ds which def doesnt seem like it would require an extra mil. i think they will 100% make it happen, and are just using that stretch goal as an extra incentive to build initial funds.
Yep. Rayman Origins should have been released like 2-3 months before Legends, like it did in EU. In 2 months people have enough time to finish the game, rest, read that the sequel is coming and buying it in its first month.
Like that they are only cannibalizing sales. But, whatever. Is Ubisoft who lets SCEA put the game in the IGC

Probably a 16GB card since PSOne era CGI FMV in games makes filesizes bigger than most digital-only Vita games.

If you're going 16, might as well be 32 (or 64 soon)... but if you don't try to have like all the FF's & RE's at one time, a 4GB card can last you. The nice thing about PSOne games, is the save data isn't attached to the file, so you can delete/reinstall games without losing your saves.

Is there a good quality video of the new Black/Khaki Vita? I am thinking of changing one of my pre orders to that since it looks like the back is matte and not glossy.

Based on Shahid's choice of words, it sounded like it was a port of something, not a new entry from an existing franchise... so if it were Bioshock Vita, I'd interpret Shahid's tweet to mean they were trying to port the original Bioshock or Infinite. :\
I am trying to get full EU retail Vita collection, does anyone know what is this bigger Lego LOTR box in the picture? Did it get limited edition in EU like Lego Batman did? I could't find info anywhere.

Before the existence of KZ:M I'd have called you crazy for suggesting that Bioshock Infinite on the Vita was a possibility. But given what GG Cambridge accomplished, it seems like almost any game is possible.

I'm looking for a grip (preferably in white) that'll force me to completely avoid the back trackpad. The way I held my PSP and now Vita is to run my 3 remaining fingers all the way across the back of the unit and partially meeting in the centre. That doesn't really work here and leads to potentially infuriating results.

Though if you like it half as much as you should, you'll have wished you'd have bought it for $3.75 during one of the sales.

So the Vita announcement by Shahid was just a "stretch" goal. Why did he use the term megaton? I assumed that since he used it, it would be coming to Vita (via Sony funding maybe).
FYI Kickstarter doesn't allow back-tracking from a pledge in the final 48 hours.
Also, why?? Mighty No.9 is awesome, and should be supported regardless of whether it gets a Vita port or not...
But with that said, I really wish they'd swap the PS4/Xbone and 3DS/Vita stretch goals. Who gives a damn about next gen consoles when we already have guaranteed current gen, it's not like they won't be powerful enough for this game. Meh.

Because it's shady as fuck to ask for an extra million to get a port to handhelds? Especially after they made statements that they were looking into ways to do it outside of the stretch goals -- plus if he doesn't want it on other platforms, there's no reason to give them $15 now when he can just play a wait and see to see if it's eventually released for Vita after all.
I'm really hoping for cross-buy on this one and a release window SOON.

one MP map... that was no good, I think every big Vita games like KZM need a demo, people love to try games before they buy them (this is no $1 iOS/android stuff) reason why many in gaf prefer XBLA to PSN was the demos.
sure I have huge big issues with the FOV but I'd like to see it sell well (since people here think it's good) and a demo will help.

Most people would buy Killzone for the multiplayer, I'd wager, same as with a lot of FPS games this generation. I'm not saying that it shouldn't have a demo. I'm just saying that the opportunity existed for people to experience the game on their Vita and even check out the network play.
And I don't care about XBLA demos. Never have, never will. Sometimes demos are nice, but there's still a chance of getting a bad demo for a good game (Uncharted) or a good demo for a bad game (I'm sure people out there have probably had this experience, though I can't think of one at the moment).

From where I'm sitting, they're about equal... but once you factor in that you can only play one of the 2 without performance issues by buying it on PC, in the end Dark Souls is the more playable game.

I just saw that post (daily challenge) and think it's fantastic. I'd really like getting the top spot for average dailys (last 10)
im not sure that score is ever going to update now, but I'll take a screen shot anyway. I know I could have had a higher score but I wanted to make sure I had enough bombs for Olmec. I got through hell only using 2 bombs and taking zero damage. One was to enter the tower where dracula was. the second was to expose his amulet that makes you immune to fire.
the one level of the temple was absolutely intense. level 4-3 was a dark level. there was a vault I exposed but the shop keeper got away because death was breathing down my neck. I had 18 hearts and was ghosting gems. I bombed through the shop to get a clear shot at 3 shop keepers. I wound up getting one of them but took a double blast from the other 2. my health quickly fell to 6 hearts. thankfully there was a mummy by the exit that had somehow set himself perfectly in an area where you could life glitch him.
this involves him shooting flies out, but an opening under his mouth where the vomit spews forth in a downward manner. all you have to do is catch it in your kapala cup. each puke = 1 heart. i kited death 3 times to bring my heath up to 24.
i also figured out how to kill yama and take no damage with just a shot gun at the top left of the screen, just under the bricks so his smash that drops bones won't hit you.
i also made a resolution that, if it's 3-4 and I can get a shot gun I'll always go to the mother ship. worked out beautifully this run. doing so allows you to repeat 3-4 so you really get 2 extra levels.
early in the run, there was "rushing water" in the jungle. I really made a good effort to kill the giant fish, but there was 2 shopkeepers in the water. i would have loved to scoop up those precious diamonds as theres normally 3 chests and the fish drops like 4 gems.
still room for improvement
