After spending quite a bit of time in the various monthly gaming pick-up threads, I thought it would be nice if we had a thread dedicated to sharing our personal gaming treasures.

It doesn't have to be a sealed copy of Earthbound--if it's rare or has sentimental value to you, feel free to show it off!

Here's some cool stuff I've collected over the years:

Mega Man Universe Comic-Con 2010 poster signed by producer Akiko Ito!
I'm really happy I got it, and it's fun to share the strange history behind the game.

Comic-Con 2010 Mega Man Universe Foam Buster!
Another fun freebie. The game and its concepts were fated to die at modern Capcpom's hands, but I can prove it existed!

Mega Man Tribute Comic-Con Exclusive Hardcover!
Okay, so I got most of my cool stuff from Comic-Con. I really love Mega Man, and the hardcover version has this gorgeous exclusive art by Hitoshi Ariga!

The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia Limited Edition
I was fortunate enough to preorder one before the gaming masses found out about the LE, though I didn't want to scalp them like some people.

Yeah I don't feel I really have treasures or anything. I have a giant Steam account and occasional slightly rare game like Metroid Prime Trilogy, but that's about it.

The games.

Bans for junior members are permanent. Piracy is bannable on NeoGAF. Emulators don't imply piracy, but pointing out that "all your gaming treasures are digital" and then bragging about your emulators suggests you don't own the carts you're bragging about. If I were you, I'd leave the thread with the meaning ambiguous rather than clarifying.

I don't know if it's actually worth a lot, but i've a Perfect Dark and a Majora's Mask (CE) in near mint condition with their boxes and manual. Even if not, when i got them, i was friggin happy.

I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend anybody here I thought emulators we're cool on gaf.

there's one on Dolphin 4.0 here http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=683801

Nothing too crazy but I got my Street Fighter Tribute artbook was signed and sketched in by two artists at SDCC a few years ago. I got one of the exclusive Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 shirts that year too.

I really like the figures I have of Izanagi (Persona 4) and Vile (Megaman X).

I was thinking if I had anything special left, but lost almost everything I had. I don't remember what I did to my Atari though; the poor thing, I had so many great memories with it.

If I could find it, that would probably be it; I used to play a lot of its games with my mom all the time, river raid in turn specially; sweet innocent childhood memories.

For an actually "personal" one of my gaming treasures, I have an SNES that I played at preschool that managed to pass into my hands after nearly 20 years. It was the first place I played a lot of games like A Link to the Past. It's old, dusty, looks like it's been played by tons of way-too-young kids, and is all yellow-y, but dang. Feels good to play the same old games on it.

I have some actually rare stuff I like laying around as well, but I don't feel like taking them out to take pictures. Maybe later.

Nothing really I'd call a treasure. Closest would be the collector's editions of Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm and Diablo 3.

Just an FYI: If you're comfortable disassembling it and want to get that yellow color back to the usual, there's a magical solution called Retrobright that works wonders.

These are the games I consider my treasures, even though I have a lot more. I just love them.

RICHARD!

I really want to play that game one day.

Digital world is a lonely world :(
Saves me a ton of cash and i can use said cash to fund my dvd/blu-ray addiction.

I don't have any physical gaming treasures because i don't collect physical games and don't buy retro because it's too expensive :-/ . Now movies on the other hand, i have a ton of rare limited steels, OOP dvd/blu-rays etc.

The only treasures I have are just games that can be sold for a good amount. Sorry about bad picture quality, I'm using my Vita as a camera.

These are the 2 rarest games I have:
These aren't treasures, but I mostly treasure them because they're very hard to find nowadays. I had to go to a few different gamestops to even see some of these games (I bought these games each day 1 so I'm glad I wasn't looking for them at the time).

I heard someone on GAF saying that One Piece Unlimited Adventure sells for a good amount and it actually does. My friend told me that SSB on N64 sold for a lot as well (I'm guessing since I don't have the case that it's not worth much though).

I don't have any rare games but I do have quite a bit of promotional stuff

Not sure Gaf would care much for that though

Oh and too many steelbooks to count

Edit: Just counted it. Finally broke 200! My count is 214 unique steelbooks :D

Ugh god I hate photobucket

All the links to my pictures apparently broke due to too much bandwidth or some other nonsense

The games.

That's...not quite what I expected when I made this topic.

I wish I still had my copy of One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. It froze on me three times during the jungle fight by the waterfall so I sold it for $60. :(

I would feel a lot better if they released Unlimited World Red over here.

Not pictured, my signed game sleeves from Laura Bailey, Troy Baker & Kyle Hebert as well as my signed copy of Drake's Journal from Nolan North (too lazy to take pics).

I won a signed copy of Final Fantasy XIII that was signed by some of the producers and voice actors of the game back in 2010 on IGN

If I can find the episode of The Daily Fix where they announce me as the winner, I'll add it to this post
