It's an online only game. But you can play the entire game by yourself. Or so they say.

Indeed. The official one is fucking lame, IMO. Compare it to Halo: Reach or nearly any modern shooter's cover art (main difference is that Destiny cover has 3 guys, not one...).

EDIT that said, i do like the style and colors of the final cover art, i just don't like the standard "armed guy" idea behind it.

That and the guys to his left and right look awfully out of place. Wasn't Bungie in charge of box art for their Halo games? They did an incredible job there. Hard to believe this passed through the same decision makers.
