I never have either, so don't feel too bad, beat the elite four equivalent in every game.

Always seemed useless to me.

To be fair, I think people are more concerned about the store that sold him the copy. People identifying where this guy is from are doing so to identify where the store is.

Cool effect of some Berries: You can use one to halve the damage of a single attack against your Pokemon, depending on the type (One halves ice damage, another normal...).

So if you're going up against a Gym Leader or Elite 4 member who specializes in a type SE against one of your Pokemon, you can throw that on your dude to give it more of a fighting chance.

Why do you even care if the store is selling it super early?

You posting an image of Charmader scanned in high quality from a Pokedex book is just as illegal as selling Pokemon X & Y early.

You're basically tackling a non-issue. If anything you're hurting the potential profits Nintendo and the store gets from selling the games early. Leaks = media hype = $$$$. You're basically hurting any form of business doing so, and also hurting your image as well as you're perceived as an ass-kisser and/or prude.

Third biggest if I recall correctly, but that's with a distinction made between Mario and Super Mario games. Damn, dude's done for the night.
 
Well, there's apparently another dude with the game on Reddit, and I imagine more people will be getting it soon.

lol, the guy has a life. Getting some rest isn't unnacceptable. More people are going to break the street date soon.
 
Hopefully someone else steals his thunder tonight. If early copies are already out, it's only a matter of time before they're everywhere.
 
Oh well, it's just one more day. You have to keep in mind he's probably been playing this straight since he's gotten it, and it does take a little time to raise a starter from 5 to mid 30's (The usual level range for a stage 3 evo), I've certainly never raised any Pokemon that far in just one night.

Look at it on the bright side, it just means it'll be one less day off the calendar until it releases! ( For us normal folks without street date-breaking stores =\ )
 
Now see, if I got a game early I'd stockpile all this shit beforehand and then have a huge blowout once I get pretty far in.

Nah he can rest man. Besides this opens the door to other leaks later on this week. Im fine with it.
