ARGHHHH!!! damn with the torchic event happening along with getting a gen I pokemon early in the game.....

I really love my fire starters but it will be absolutely foolish to have 3....might actually strat with a....dare I say it..Grass starter!!!

Honestly .. That's what Kosthedin gets, why would leak on a public social network with your face as your main pic....

Of course those ninjas were gonna find you

Even though he bought it from a shop, he is still posting trade secrets of a game before the allotted time. This is how I received a cease and desist back in 2010. I didn't leak anything, nor was I under a non-disclosure agreement, however they were full in their rights to threaten legal action if I did not desist.

It's essentially copyright law.

Obviously he posted it a place where his face was also to find. When you get to globally announce a "first", most people want to be famous and loved for it.

There's a scan of some Japanese magazine floating around now that looks like Spritzee and Swirlix's evolutions...

Um...they're....weird.

I could understand a C&D if he was under a NDA...

Dear Kosthedin,

Stop leaking our shit immediately. If you refuse to comply, we will be forced to use desperate measures. We will be relentless and will send 2 Haxorus' and a Scyther to your current location to handle you. Do not try us.

Thank you for your compliance.

- Nintendo

PS: Pokemon are real bitch... Try us.
