The environments in this game look pretty nice, especially the mansion. The shockingly low number of new Pokemon is jarring though, especially after the huge number we got in BW.

They have their "don't stream this game, don't post pictures of it on the internet" backup plan.
They most likely did so with threat of copyright infringement suit. (Unauthorized public performance or something under those lines.)
Even though he bought it from a shop, he is still posting trade secrets of a game before the allotted time. This is how I received a cease and desist back in 2010. I didn't leak anything, nor was I under a non-disclosure agreement, however they were full in their rights to threaten legal action if I did not desist.
