His Mega Stone doesn't have an X or Y, so I'm assuming Lucario only has one Mega Evolution.

Heh true. Having Steel as the last gym would be pretty sweet. Hopefully the Dark type gym rumor is true as well.

I think that it looks like the next four are Fairy, Dark, Poison, Steel in that order.

I hope you're right on the latter. Poison is underated and dark and fairy have yet to have gyms obvious why on the second part. Also Steel seems to have now become the dominant type although I get the feeling one gym leader is fighting, we'll see though.

Well we know Viola is the first one and is bug. I believe Grant is the second gym leader and he has two of the fossil pokes so he likely is Rock. Clemont is the 3rd gym leader and he's an electric trainer at least it looks that way with him owning Dedene and his gadgetry. Grass seems obvious.

That's what I though too, but he definitely got a substantial bump in his three best stats. I was expecting just an attack boost, like you. The folks at Smogon think Mega Lucario's bast stats are:

HP 70
Atk 145
Def 70
SpAtk 140
SDef 70
Spe 115

GF was not kidding when they said these would be equivalent to legendary pokemon. Those stats combined with 2x STAB from Adaptability is crazy.

Yup, I think two mega forms will be pretty uncommon and not something we should expect.

I really don't like the fact that Charizard has 2 mega evolutions and the fact that they are game exclusive. I don't like the idea of mega evolutions in the first place but this just makes everything worse. I have a feeling this game is going to be incredibly annoying when playing with my friends or online with teams full of megas. Same pokemon, same teams, same games, same everything.
