Pokemon X and Y Leaks, Releases Early

Alright, so I've decided I want to hype with you guys so you need to help me catch up.

1) Just saw what I think is the entire list of leaked Pokémon. Is there any we know about but haven't seen yet?

2) Any news on which Pokémon are exclusives? Last time I was here I heard something about Growlithe/Heracross for X and Vulpix/Pinsir for Y. Anything else?

So what's up with dual typed moves? What are they and how do they work?

Dual typed moves are moves that deal damage with two types instead of just one. There are currently two known dual type moves.

Light Ray: Grass/Electric
Flying Press: Fighting/Flying

EDIT:
Say for instance you use Flying Press on a Rock Pokemon. Fighting would super effective damage but the multiplier is scaled back to 1x because Rock resists Flying.

Do we know yet how this works in relation to STAB? Also do weaknesses and resistances stack? So Light Ray would deal x4 against a Water-type? Would it deal anything to a Ground-type? Confusing as fuck

The answer is math, I would imagine.

Grass v. Water = 2x
Electric v. Water = 2x
(2)(2) = 4
Lightray v. Water = 4x

Whereas

Grass v. Ground = 2x
Electric v.Ground = 0x
(2)(0) = 0
Lightray v. Water = 0x

Same as Ground vs Zapdos (Flying/Electric) or Electric vs Quagsire (Water/Ground)

Yeah. That's pretty much how I assume it'll be. Light Ray will be 8x super effective against Water/Rock.

8x Super Effective damage? Wouldn't it be only 6X? Water/Rock takes 4x damage from grass, but only 2x from electric.

Regardless, water/rock types would most assuredly faint in one hit. Very few things can withstand 4x damage, so what could survive 6x?

It brings OHKO's into type play. Soooo meta GameFreak

People presume it's multiplicative due to x0 resistances negating even x2 weaknesses in dual-types (i.e. Ground negatives Water's weakness to Electric).
I'm more interested how STAB will work with dual-type moves--not that it exactly matters when x8 will wreck anyone and everyone.

Wait, will Blastoise have another mega evolution too? It's on that trademark list. If so, it's weird how they would just leave out Venusaur like that.

I'm kind of doubting Unova Megas myself. I find it really odd that they didn't show off a single Mega Pokemon from that generation before release.

Repost for new page:

Found it.

The following list of Pokemon were introduced in Diamond and Pearl, but did not appear in the Regional Dex, and therefore, were technically "Post-game" Pokemon:

1. Rotom
2. Glisor
3. Probopass
4. Gallade
5. Lickilicky
6. Leafeon
7. Glaceon
8. Togekiss
9. Magnezone
10. Tangrowth
11. Yanmega
12. Rhyperior
13. Dusknoir
14. Porygon-Z
15. Electivire
16. Magmortar
17. Mamoswine
18. Froslass

My theory? Gen 6 will do something similar. As leakers start getting into Post-Game, they might start seeing evolutions of past Pokemon.

I don't think old Pokemon will evolve with the exception of Eevee into Sylveon. If anything, after beating the Elite 4 and the Champion I think you'll just be able to catch the remaining old Pokemon that aren't in the 3 categories.

HRNNNNGH!!! Gotta keep up the hope!!!

I survived an entire generation with no new evolutions, all because I knew in my heart I'd see a bevy of evolutions in the next even-numbered gen, just like II and IV! Don't break my heart!

And what's worse, with Sylveon being one of the first Gen VI reveals, I breathed a sigh of relief thinking that seeing at least one new evolution would set a precedent for the rest of the gen. To think that that one evolution would be the only one...

Well, at least the Mega Evolutions are amazing...

All I know is my final team will look like . .

1. Quilladin
2. Goodra

+ Mega-something-awesome.

I love Aegislash, Pangoro, Tyrantrum and Dedenne also, but I'll let the game decide for me.

EDIT: Diggersby! I forgot him. How could I forget that boss ass mutha??
