Could be right about the mega evos. I hadn't even thought about that.

Still think we will get at least 6 legendaries with a good possibility for at least 8. I have a feeling we're going to get something that requires legendaries from previous gens in order to activate it or something to encourage Bank usage. Think Regigigas in Diamond/Pearl.

Guessing we'll get Xerneas/Yveltal/Z legendary/legendary trio/few event legendaries. So anywhere between 8-10.

Mega Evolutions do seem like a good candidate to take over from event legendaries though.

It's not confirmed, no. Just guesswork based on the pattern of two cover legendaries + one additional legendary established since Gen III. For all most of us know, that might not apply to this gen.

I restarted White earlier today. It was awful after seeing everything here. Good thing Pokemon is an iterative series and there's no reason to return to the old games unless you're one of those nostalgic weirdos.

IIRC, Zar and Kanpachi have beat the E4. The former was the one giving us the images of Clawitzer, Goodra, Aegislash, etc.. last night.
