No, they can't be data mined because the 3DS hasn't been cracked open yet.
It takes time to play through the games? There's no ROM ripping leakers yet and even then I dont thin they have the tools to parse through 3DS files....
Pokemon is a huge games literally packed with secrets and minute details. ALL official changes and details aren't going to be properly logged until the game launches officially.
Leakers have found a nice amount though..

the fire/flying move was simply a hypothetical to illustrate how many times effective dual typed moves have the potential to be. Flying press is just one dual typed move, there will be more where that came from and you can't be sure they will all follow the precedent flying press seems to set. Lastly if dual type moves become apart the competitive battling metagame you can bet your ass a lot of Pokemon would definitely be SOL similarly how stealth rocks benched a lot of otherwise capable pokemon

Fairly certain they still haven't been cracked open even though they can be ripped.
Even then very few people have the tools to rip 3DS games at this time, and none of the leakers that we know of have it.

double STAB on a double-type move would be insane; 2.25x multiplier. That's like a free super-effective in comparison to someone with no STAB. I doubt it, though... it'd probably just allow STAB on the type that the move shows as in the menu.

There are three Dark-type Elite Fours (Karen, Sydney and Grimsley), so I'd say they clearly don't.
