Stats. Old?

stats of defense forme, now attack forme?

Thats what I'm calling it.

Are there no new Pkmn that need to be traded in order to evolve? We had some strange ways to evolve pokemon in the past, we have to wait for guides to appear i guess. Do they usually have a complete Pokedex?

An Aegislash nicknamed Glamdring is definitely getting a spot on my team. It's so funny how perceptions of him have changed from "ugh it's just a sword" to "holy shit it's a sword and shield!"

That's coo'. Cynthia was at least a grounded character guiding you through the game.

N is a shit character through and through.

Cynthia sucked, as I said before, she was portrayed as a celebrity, there was no real connection to her. She was shit compared to N, you had conflicting ideals but both cared for Pokemon there was a connection, just like with Blue and Red.

You'd figure a sword would have a high attack stat.

I bet his defensive and offensives stats swap when he's in Attack Stance. In that case, his attack is absurd.

Aye, Cynthia is a pretty cool character. I don't mind her repeated appearances at all, especially since her field is researching antiquity and pokemon myths.

N, on the other hand, yipes. He was a failed attempt at a flawed character, and every time he showed up he dragged the game down. I'd be overjoyed if we never saw him again.

From Kanpachi on SA:
Aegislash Blade Forme stats. I think you will be pleased:

Aegislash starts the battle in Shield Forme. It seems he changes to Blade Forme when you use an attack that deals damage, and back to Blade Forme when you use something like King's Shield. Here's what I've observed:

Battle start, Aegislash in Shield Forme.
I select King's Shield.
Aegislash uses King's Shield, stays in Shield Forme.
Enemy attacks. The damage is prevented, and the enemy's Attack harshly falls.

Turn two, Aegislash in Shield Forme.
I select Iron Head.
Enemy attacks, Aegislash takes damage normally.
Aegislash turns to Blade Forme and uses Iron Head.

Turn three, Aegislash in Blade Forme.
I select Swords Dance.
Enemy attacks, Aegislash takes damage normally.
Aegislash stays in Blade Forme and uses Swords Dance.

Turn four, Aegislash in Blade Forme.
I select King's Shield.
Aegislash turns to Shield Forme, uses King's Shield.
Enemy attacks. The damage is prevented, and the enemy's Attack harshly falls.

More Base Stat Calcs (from Smogon), these are rough estimates of what they could be like:

Goodra:
HP: 85
Attack: 90
Defense: 80
Sp. Attack: 115
Sp. Defense: 145
Speed: 85
BST: 600

Aegislash:
HP: 55
Attack: 55
Defense: 155
Sp. Attack: 60
Sp. Defense: 145
Speed: 60
BST: 530

She went to the distortion world with you to defeat Giratina.

What did N do? Fuck all except being used.

So Goodra is the Pseudo :/

disappointed as fuck. I won't level this thing to 70 to get a pure Dragon type.

Aegislash is amazing

The lack of a Poison legendary is the truly baffling thing in this series. x__x

Well there's a chance that Pokémon Z could be Poison, since it's based on a snake and it fits with Xerneas and Yveltal typing.

Quiet you, Cynthia was awesome.

If you play Aegislash smart enough you can set up really fast on someone and proceed to go nuts. Kings Shield seems really useful with the harsh attack drop added with it. I knew Honedge would become awesome.

Aegislash is crazy. Switch it in on anything, shrug off hits in defense mode until your turn to attack, then it instantly changes to attack mode and kills everything? Wow.

Both of those Pokemon are going to see quite a bit of use.

Oh maaan Aegislash is the king. Freaking awesome

I'm surprised we still have so many Megas left that haven't been uncovered. Are all of these leaks mainly coming from one dude? That would explain the, uh, slow trickle of new information.

Wait a second. Does Aegislash have its stats change the turn of using the attack, or will the stat swap take place on the next turn?

If the former, holy fuck, Aegislash essentially has an average 150 base stats in attack, defense, special attack, and special defense. rip metagame
