Avalugg is intriguing. Kanpachi posted his stats. Here were Avalugg's stats at level 40:

HP: 138
Attk: 101
Def: 145
Sp Attk: 49
Sp Def: 46
Speed: 36

Nature: Gentle (+Sp Def, -Def)

Ability: Own Tempo (cannot be confused)

With a -Def nature, it's defense could be ridiculous. It also has high HP. Attack is decent, but the rest of it's stats are sh*t. It's ability is close to worthless. It's unfortunate that it has a crap typing. Although with that Defense & HP it could take some of the most dangerous physical attacks, any Special sweeper or special attack that hits for 2x damage on this thing is going to KO it in one hit, every time. And it's got terrible speed.

I've seen people say online when they pre-paid they normally got it 2 days before release.

Not sure whether that happens 100%, but I had the money at the time so I figured why not see if it happens to me.
