Pokemon X and Y Leaks, Releases Early

Leakers need to hurry up and find mega tyranitar. I need to know if the king retains his crown.

I'm also disappointed by the birds appearing again. I have like 5 sets of those fuckers.

Given the recent leaks and the approaching release of a new pokemon iteration, I restarted Pokemon Black but I'm unsure of whether I should bother with it.

Am I better off getting X/Y and just investing in that in ten days or less, or are there vast numbers of pokemon I can obtain from Black that I won't be able to in X/Y?

My worry is of training many older and favorable pokemon in black only to encounter them in X/Y and not want to do it all over again.

Also, I should note that I am not big on transferring unless the pokemon being transferred are rare obtainables.
Let me make your situation easier then.

Here is a link of every prior gen Pokemon that CAN'T be found in Pokemon X & Y as of right now.

Now the dilemma with just playing Black (and not Black 2 or White 2, for instance) is that you're restricted to only farming the list of 5th gen exclusives and not prior gens while you're at it. But there's still quite a number of them to seek out.

Is Surskit the only bug that can learn Water Sport?

Oh, it was probably Masquerain, its evolution, which loses its Water-type (DAMN YOU MASQUERAIN!) and thus I guess Water Sport would be sort of helpful...then again, Masquerain sucks and probably died in one hit anyway. #rekt

I'm just teasing. :P

I'm surprised they didn't add Steel/Poison when it would've been a hard check against Fairies. Maybe next gen, by which time we'll be cowering in fear of Fairies beneath the bodies of so many slain dragons.
At least we got Dragalgae to counter fairies for now.

Dude on /vp/ (who found a Shiny Chatot in XY) just posted a picture of his trainer profile...hatless!

Seems the people saying that didn't go to the right place or hadn't unlocked that option?

He said it was just a picture from the salon and that he doesn't think you can go hatless.

Yeah, that is strange.
They did it to Dark types in the form of Heracross.
Steel types had Poliwrath as counter.

This line is fast becoming one of my new favourites.

Also, no hat, but only in the salon. May still be compulsory.

Flabebe was the first Fairy Pokemon to make me go "aw yes, this is a Fairy Pokemon!", so I'm definitely using it.

Spritzee was the second, but then I saw its evolution...I'm still not into it, maybe seeing it in Pokemon-Amie will change that.

Third is my bro Mr. Mime, can't wait to bring my trained one from DP over and kick-some ass!

I just realized that, barring someone hacking into the game, there will be a large amount of Pokemon that we'll get to relive the sense of discovery with when we can import them into the game and see their models and play with them in Pokemon-Amie. Can't wait for the Legendaries!
