Awesome.
I'll try this later.
Since I'm home now, screenies for everyone:
Also some initial impressions:
As you can probably see from the screens, the game looks great. Native res, watercolory cel-shading, nice art design, and smooth animations. It just looks great in motion, and comparable (but not that close, tbh) to the PS3 version.
The controls are responsive, and for the most part I had little trouble adjusting to them - especially since they are remappable. There are touch screen buttons (that control actions like fast-falling or gliding), but I haven't had any issues using them. The camera is no worse than say, Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus, and you can adjust things like the rotational axis and movement speed.
Performance-wise, it seemed mostly solid. I'd say the worst drop was around 25fps, but I haven't tried every stage yet. Overall, the framerate was about as solid as Killzone.
At first, the combat is definitely a little repetitive, but you get more moves and abilities as you beat bosses. I will say that your basic attacks aren't very satisfying to use, but they aren't horrible or useless.. The Spirit Vessel you control is very mobile, with triple jumps and a very fast dodge that can be canceled into from every move I've tried. You can also land and move around on walls in a way that reminds me of Gravity Rush.
Very cool stuff.
So far, I'm enjoying it, but I'm not at the point where I can recommend it to someone. It definitely seems to be a "love it or hate it" kind of game.
