No, it's not, but it's multilingual. If he wants his friend to be able to play the game on his Japanese 3DS, he needs to buy a Japanese copy of the game. You can play it in English though, since every copy of the game contains 7 different languages.

No lie, this is probably my most anticipated Pokemon...too bad it's encountered very late in the game it seems, but maybe I can find someone to give me a Bergmite early on.

Avalugg looks amazing. Incredibly unique silhouette with the "tabletop" back. I love the rugged fissures in his body where he presumably broke off a cave ceiling.

He's the main Pokémon of the eighth gym leader, apparently. I'd consider that premium positioning.

Sorry, I was just answering that person's question about Hidden Abilities in general. No idea if there's a Dream World thing in X/Y but as far as I know, there's an easier way to do it such as the Safari Zone.
