FUCK I want CHarizard X but don't wanna miss out on Tyranitar.
Gonna buy both.
I have to.
Heracross and Larvitar exclusive to Y
X peasants bye
Buy a Japanese version of the game, play it in English.
Or you could just buy X and transfer/trade for Tyranitar because we know for certain he'll be in no short supply.
C'mon man.
Off the top of my head:
Mime Jr. & Mr. Mime are now part fairy
Clefairy line, Snubbull line and Togepi line have been retyped as Fairy rather than Normal.
There may be a couple more that haven't been discovered yet
Or buy Y and transfer a Mega X stone over.
Stay on the Y team. I don't see Y this is a big ordeal.

The most important question nobody has asked.
Do repels work like in B2W2?
So its region free? My friend have UK 3DS but mist games distributed here are US by region so it caused many problem for him.
I never got into B&W so I don't really understand the hidden ability stuff. Is it just an alternate ability a pokemon can have instead of the normal ones?
No, it's not, but it's multilingual. If he wants his friend to be able to play the game on his Japanese 3DS, he needs to buy a Japanese copy of the game. You can play it in English though, since every copy of the game contains 7 different languages.
Avalugg looks amazing. Incredibly unique silhouette with the "tabletop" back. I love the rugged fissures in his body where he presumably broke off a cave ceiling. No lie, this is probably my most anticipated Pokemon...too bad it's encountered very late in the game it seems, but maybe I can find someone to give me a Bergmite early on.

Very interested in seeing how it looks drawn in Sugimori Style.
Ahh, Aggron still in X. No need to sully my name with inferior Y now. >![]()

No. At least I think so.Do I still have to see the pokemon to ask it for trade?
You're only buying one version? I won't throw around the word peasant but you seem to fit the descriptionHeracross and Larvitar exclusive to Y

Thanks for the clarification! Now I don't have to give false to my friend. Though multi languages in one cart is astounding.
Thanks, I've just looked this up and it seems to be the case. I shall let him know.
Exactly. Correct!
More on Vivillion, new pattern and a german player getting meadow pattern:
Stand your ground X brehs.
Someone send me a Larvitar w/ Mega Stone kthx.
Exactly. Correct!
Vivillon has like 12 patterns now, lol. Is there any competitive merit to the Pokémon? If not as an attacker, maybe in a support role? I suppose at any rate it'd be fun collecting them.
Do you still have to go through the dream world nonsense to get them, or is there an easier and in-game oriented way to do it now?
Dream World's dead.

So how do you get the hidden abilities? A rare chance or something?
For me, I'm going to go in this game with the following critters for my party in Pokemon X:
Helioptile - Electric/Normal
Chespin - Grass
Fletchling - Fire/Flying
Honedge - Steel/Ghost
Inkay - Dark/Psychic
Tyrunt - Rock/Dragon
Can anyone offer any critiques or suggestions to improve my group of Pokemon?

No. At least I think so.
I recall a leaker requesting a Pokemon he hadn't seen.
