Just saw the anime opening for x/y. Got me so hyped. Though, it pretty much confirms Ash ONLY gets Froakie.

Mega Aggron looks so awesome. We are talking about a Pokemon that looked so cool it got me into playing Pokemon. (I was randomly looking at a Pokemon Guide in Gamestop and I notice the Aggron and Flygon line and decided to play Saphire ^_^)

It's what I'm hoping for, but I think it's safe to say we'll get a Ratatosk based squirrel first though.
Took me a bit to realize that the eye on its forehead is constantly doing Mean Look, so it makes sense it has Shadow Tag.
Shinies are easier to get in X/Y.

Does the scans say what stats Aggron gets improved? Hopefully special defense so he can really tank those Fairies.
Don't both with Tyranitar's whatever it gains, it will be too much. Ty is one of the most well rounded pokemon in the series.

A nice trade off in my opinion. Also how much punishment can a steel pokemon with Filter takes? I remind you that Aggron DEF stat is 180. Could he theoretically survive Blaziken's Jump kick or Lucario's close combat?
Depends on how much his stats get shifted around, but without the rock weakness and with filter, he could probably hold on...

It's still possible to use vanilla Aggron as a head smash user, but i'm never going back lol.
