I really like his typing, but his move pool is kinda sucky and he is more attack oriented which isn't that great for Psychic types. I got him in Wonder Trade though and he outleveled my entire team just from being a traded Pokemon. He's level 85 now.
MEGATON: If you use a repel, when it wears off it asks you if you want to use another and you can instantly use one.

That is inaccurate. Male Kirlia can evolve into Gardevoir too.

This was added in Black 2/White 2 so it's pretty nice to see it still in this game.
Apparently, using Flash lowers the encounter rate as well. Well, I guess Flash has an use now.
That was featured in Pokemon Black/White 2

Well I've subbed to OT2 even though I'm not quite done reading through the first one yet. I suppose I underestimated how quickly the posting pace would increase once the games actually released.
I'm in the post game stuff working on breeding/ ev training my Pokemans for the upcoming GAF tourney. I'll be back to this OT eventually if I ever finish the first one, lol.

They will never do that. They need a way to differentiate them from TMs because some are required to progress through the game. And their out of battle use is gated by badges. What they really need to do it just get rid of their semi-permanent-ness.

Well, there ARE rumors of a higher Shiny encounter rate....but the medal is confirmed.
You can buy extras Charizardites for your own version in the stone shop for 150k - I don't see the issue.
What they need is a fifth "out of battle" move slot

Currently going through the third gym at this point, woo. Still waiting to get the googy dragon and replace my moth with it and not sure if I want to keep the swords. Though, not like there are any better physical Gen VI Pokemon for me to use and not have a type overlap. ._.

That would be one solution, but then do we lose HMs as battle moves? Not giving up surf for this.
If I sync my game with PGL before completing E4, I can still see them registered online, right? I love seeing Nintendo's non-Sugimori art for the Pokémon and might have a near-final version of my first "pro" team by the time I get to the E4. I'm currently training en route to the seventh gym badge, with five out of six members fully EV trained and being raised. Still trying to figure out who the final sixth member will be...
No, you could put any applicable out of battle move in there as well as in the battle slots. Things like teleport, sweet scent, flash etc...

Yeah they get battle bonuses from amie happiness. Things like increased crit, focus sash effect etc. These only apply to single player, they don't carry over to PvP.

besides surf, any of them worth anything?
IMO trainers needa get off their lazy bums and work out. Climb your own walls, swim across seas (no one else rides pokemons on the water!). Learn from a karate master to push boulders. help a rich ceo who gets you a private helicopter to fly between towns etc.

Nway, I am not going to follow this OT, but I'd like to say Pokémon XY proved to be the best entry in the series so far. The game is awesome in almost every way: from Pokémon designs, new features and music, to things like story (which seems to be irrelevant to a lot of fans... not to me though) and characters. My only complaints are fucking the exp cheat (which only lead to more people calling the game easy, when you could just turn the thing off) and Pokémon Amie making the Pokémon broken after playing a lot of with them (the feature itself is great tho). In terms of music, characters (leaders, villains, E4, professor) and storyline the game was far better than anything released in Gen V. Well, except for the rival, who sucks in XY and isn't fairly as interesting as Cheren and Bianca.
Also, I really like how Game Freak introduced less Pokémon this time, since the number is already monstrous. Fewer Pokemon and most of them have great designs. Hopefully they will keep creating fewer Pokémon in the future generations, filling the "gap" with more mega evolutions. Game Freak definitely delivered with XY.
