Great pictures N1ghtW4lk3R. I really want to get Crysis 3 but think I would be disappointed with the performance on my current system. Need to upgrade soon!

What kind of Rig do u have One3rd?

I think for take screenshots in C3 there is no need such power..another question if u want play at least 60fps with ultra details and high quality AA.

Here's a bad post. I was messing around, there's so much CA coming out da ass it will make your eyes bleed.

You are most welcome.

I hate you.

.

But in all seriousness, good for some laughs. CA is just so horrible

Also: LOL Skymernator

331.40 drivers, Windows 7 on a Titan and i5 2500K so it should be running fine

I figured it might be just the demo, but I don't wanna buy the game and have it run that bad too :/

Have you tried monitoring your GPU to see if it's downclocking like crazy or something for some reason with the demo?

Try playing the demo at like 3264x1836 (If using a 1080p native monitor) with 4xFSAA on to try and push your GPU and see if that changes anything.

Perhaps it could be a driver issue. I'm on 327.33 myself. And at 3200x1800 with 4xFSAA I get around 45-60+FPS.

^^ That is cool. I think the T1000 took the "naked pool party invite" a bit too far. =P

For screenshots your probably right but I think I'd like to play it at 60FPS. If the Multiplayer demo is anything to go by I would need to bump most settings down to be able to achieve even 30-40FPS. I have a 560Ti with an i5-2500k CPU.

An i5-2500k + 560ti should still be able to play Crysis 3 at 1080p with pretty decent settings. It won't be a solid 60fps.. but should still be more than playable while still looking good.
I also use a 560ti but paired with a fx-6100 (weaker than a 2500k) and I get around 40-60fps at 1920x1200.

Oh! That sounds like very decent performance, I'll definitely be picking this up in the near future. Thanks for the info.

Some quick screens I took while checking out the BETA of the new DLC. Warning: in-coming Ninjas!

Underneath that suit, Hugh Jackman is sweating up a storm!

...and Spartan's and Pirate's oh my!

Not sure which of the new factions I favor yet but it was fun for the 20 minutes I played. Not many populated servers where I am. Wish I could figure out how to setup a local server with bots to setup some nice shots but can't seem to get this working in either Chivalry or Deadliest Warrior.

Now that is a huge maul! I haven't played this game at all, is that banding in the background due to downsampling or part of the original image?

I've increase brightness and saturation for this shot...banding is a side effect. It's my fault but I wanted to emphasize the action.

Don't get me wrong, I really like it. Was just wondering as I haven't played this game. This one is interesting as well.
...

I'm really enjoying screenshooting within the constraints of a 3:4 image ratio.

Well well..i have a problem with Bioshock Infinite..SRWE doesn't work for me. When i take a shoot get a picture with the same game settings dimensions (in my case 2160p).

I know that SRWE works with this game so what the fuck?!

I think the compendium might be better suited for technique related topics. Most folks in here probably don't even know what SRWE is :P

That being said, SRWE works for just about every window running on your desktop. The question is whether or not resizing the game window affects the frame buffer. In my case, I could resize the window with SRWE and still get the full resolution in my screenshots.

So what do you suggest I do?

(I'm leaving for Compendium thread..sob)

I really liked this Vergil DLC. Good bite sized addition to the main game that had just enough new stuff to keep it interesting. I haven't played any of the DmC series before but I'm now wishing I'd picked them up in that sale.

That's a really, really cool shot. Lovin it.

This is great! These are great! I actually totally love the look! I'd dial it back a bit but I really like the vibe it gives off.

Aha that's fantastic! I've seriously gotta get my hands on that version of SweetFx with CA.

Haha, appreciate the original comment though. CA can create a nice image effect and hide some images for pure screenshots, in small dosages however. Outside of screenshotting though I'm not that fond of it and when the effect is too noticeable I go all cross-eyed. I'll go play around, find a solid number and work up some proper shots :)
