Yeah definitely. I caught Yvetal in one Ultra Ball but Friend Safaris it's taken me more than 20 or so to catch some of the Pokemon that show up.

I wasted about 30 balls on a Zygarde that I soft-resetted anyway.
It was pure agony.
Nita's first team is really easy. I just had mediocre pokemon at the time. With this haxorus with only 3 perfect IVs and a life orb, I was able to sweep the team in mock battle.
So this is a strange dilemma I'm not sure many people have faced yet... I maxed out my friend list on my 3DS already. Added people in the safari thread, added people for giveaways, and added people off the safari spreadsheet. Some of the people I added haven't been very active or communicative, and/or have duplicate safaris or near duplicate safaris..
I'm wondering what the proper etiquette is about all this. I don't want to be "that guy" and delete people to make room for more people and different safaris, cause I'd feel like a jerk. But I do want to catch em all... :/

Are you close with the people? If not, I see no problem with ditching them. Always keep close friends on, though.
Delete the inactives.

Yeah there are many peeps that are frequent o-power givers, or I've traded with or whatnot. Keeping them for sure!
That was my first thought as well... But some of the people may just have extenuating circumstances in the present, and are in fact avid lovers of the game. I'd feel bad for leaving them high and dry lol. That being said... There are some users on my friend list that have no "last time logged in" at all. It's just blank. Is that indicative of them not having been logged in in a very long time, or just a setting they have to not show their last login?
Edit: Sorry for being off-topic! Doesn't really relate to Pokemon. >.< Just a circumstance because of it. lol

Just caught my 5th shiny of the day. 4 of them have been Goldeen.
The non-super one. I challenged it for the first time today, since I wanted to use EV'd mons, not my in-game team. I did only one doubles just to unlock the rival battle.

Random oddity: Goldeen is one of the few Pokemon I always imagine saying its name as a cry in-game. It's simply ingrained up there.
Yeah, it's normally that bad. I got a bit lucky yesterday though, suprisingly few Flabebe, Bidoof and Pan monkeys.
With amulet coin you should be breaking even at the very least. It isn't hard to make a profit.
why nintendo can you introduce so many ui improvements and then about face and kick yourself in the balls so often

Alright, got a sneasel giveaway. Don't have that much seeing that I got what I wanted relatively quickly, but still have a few.
Guaranteed to have at least superior potential with 1 and 2 perfect IVs, but at least you're guaranteed to not have the pain in the ass problem of breeding 3 moves into it from 3 different pokemon.
They have ice shard, pursuit and icicle crash.
If you want them just add me, FC is 5000 2377 2427. I think I have about 6-7.
