I think I can be fairly specific in saying, yes it is.

In fact probably the fewer goats the better. That's a guess, I've only encountered one goat at a time at close quarters as it were, but I rather suspect that either multiple goats or one quantum goat is too many, and somewhat offputting to the main event - which is more-or-less the same effect that goats have on the Welsh rugby team.

However, I have conducted several experiments with no goats at all and found the results extremely satisfactory.

So you can keep yer goats to yourself.
