I don't really have a problem with fairy, but I'm using ferrothorn pretty much because it covers my def weakness and water weakness. Plus it works pretty well in a team with azumarill and volcarona.

I don't either. The only fairy I'm particularly concerned about is Togekiss, and it has yet to come up.

I regret thinking I could ever use a Carbink well in battle.

Even with maxed out defense EV's and IV's it still gets murdered way too quickly, even with a reflect/light screen.

God, I've had terrible luck with my Froakie breeding. Got a 31/31/31/31/x/31 Protean Froakie.. but with HP Steel (need Fire). I have 31 Attack because I run U-Turn.. and his defenses are terrible anyway

Sadly, if you want HP fire you can't have perfect speed or special attack

I don't think you have to do all that.

Once all the EVs are properly distributed and it has all the moves it needs, you can stop leveling up your Pokémon. If you want to get them to level 100, go for it.

The level cap online is usually set to 50. If someone wants a Lv.100 battle, just reject it.

There's an IV Judge in Kiloude City that tells you

There is an IV judge who will give you a rough estimate.

BTW, I think gardevoir could be a legit fighting counter. It took a mega hercross close combat, with no defense EVs invested, and didn't even go down to half health.
