The green comes from the beginning part of HL1 when you push in the test specimen and everything goes crazy. Basically, what starts off the whole mess at Black Mesa.

I'm not sure how relevant they are these days but science isn't the first thing that comes to my mind when I hear the word lambda.
One of my mates got a tattoo of the Gears of War skull logo. It's actually very well done and you wouldn't assume anything of it if you weren't already aware where it's from.
The film was certainly better than I thought it would be considering the largely crummy reviews that trickled out of TIFF back in 2011. The IMDb description suggests it's an action film, but that's not really the case -- I'd say it starts off as more of a black comedy before switching gears at about the halfway point to evolve into an introspective drama, with interstitial bloody violence.

Man Batman AO is a big disappointed my save is fucked because the fucking dumb ass save system.... crashed right as it was saving....

There shouldn't be any issues with using another person's save aside from their achievements unlocking on your end.

Are you running the beta/a non-standard skin? If you are, maybe try undoing either of those and seeing if it still happens.
After all the good things I heard about it, I was expecting something better than a barrage of QTEs.

What are people saying about it? I've been cynical about the game but saw it on the GB quick look and thought it looked kinda cool. That and seeing some of the new forensic stuff has actually made me more interested in the game.

It goes back to normal once I revert back to vanilla skin(was using Air).
I also finished Tomb Raider just now, I definitely saw where some of the hate came from regarding QTE's, but I really enjoyed the entire game a lot and I think the sequel will be even better (bigger tombs, more open, etc). The visuals were beautiful and I found the atmosphere and music top-notch. I can't wait to read Gail Simone's TR comics miniseries in 2014, maybe Crystal Dynamics should get her to write the next story of the sequel, I think she'd do good things with Lara.
Roth had a great voice actor too, I just liked his accent so much for some reason haha.

Yes, but you have more freedom in the regular battles. You can jump over enemies, stun them with your cape, and use all your gadgets.
None of that stuff worked against Deathstroke. You spend most of the fight countering him.
Mr Freeze in Arkham City is an example of a boss fight done right. One that puts all of your skills to the test.
That Freeze boss fight was killer, probably the best part of that game IMO (I didn't much like most of it). However, I feel like the Deathstroke one works just as well as more of a spectacle fight, and it fits the character. The only way they could have made it better was if

Yeah, I guess you're right. I still enjoyed the fight, but it was just missing something for me.
Also, I don't know much about Deathstroke, so that could be another reason. I suppose fans of the character would enjoy it a lot more than I did.

How did you actually end up fighting him? Being effective in the entire first stage is predicated on jumping over him and attacking, just countering barely registers any damage.
After he starts attaching the hook for the explosive to come after you, the entire battle is basically using your hook to catch him off guard for you to then beat down.

Once you use them, you probably won't go back.
Hmm, guess I did it the boring way.
Countered a lot and landed a few punches in the first part. When his mask came off, I basically did the same thing again, except for when he did the smoke attack (which triggers a beatdown) or hooked up explosives (where you use your grapple to bring him towards you - I think this only happened twice in the whole fight).
When I play the game again on Hard, I'll try to mix things up.
